Slow service from front of house to back. We put our names on a waitlist and were told about 30 minute wait. I understand a little about wait times, as I hostess at a higher end restaurant. Well there was a group of 5 women in front of our family of 5. A table of 15+ walked in about 2 parties after us, wasted and stumbling. Seated themselves and then proceeded to have 2 sets of tables with 2 separate servers. Afterwards another family of 5 walked in and were seated immediately. We asked the host why they were not seating by waitlist and he replied he didn't know there was one he just got there. We told him there were a group of ladies in front of us and we had waited over 30 mins. They asked if we were comfortable sitting in a booth, which we replied yes but offered it to the group waiting longer than us. They kept thanking us for speaking up even for them and told us to take the seat for the kids sake. After about 10 or so after seating we finally had a server walk by and we had to ask for menus. She finally took our drink order. We told her we were ready to order. The older couple sitting in front of us had ordered salads for appetizers. They waited longer for their salads than we did for our cheese fries. We were not checked on often. Had to ask for refills. Prebussing was not done. After 45 mins of waiting on cheese quesadillas and a burger and never recieved them we asked for our check. They expected us to pay for food we never ate. We paid our drink tab and left. As we were leaving another couple stopped us and asked if we had never recieved our food after being there that long. Apparently they were on the waitlist right behind us and had not even gotten their drink order in. If you are that behind in the kitchen, have a manager touching tables and explaining the situation in front of house. Bring waters to keep guests happy or do drink orders quickly. The longer a guest sits at a table without contact the more irritated they become. Waiting on food is not an issue. Waiting on service is. I understand a kitchen being backed up, especially on a Saturday night, but not communicating with guests is unacceptable. Give estimated wait times. Let guests know kitchen is backed up or short staffed. Most people have worked in the restaurant industry. I felt really sorry for the couple in front of us... 25-30 mins for a bare basic salad is really not understandable. I hope you get better management and training at this location sooner. I've traveled all over the country and have been to many Chili's locations.... this is by far the worst managed. There was still a line out the door when we left without eating. The table sitting length is not the issue, it is the kitchen/waitstaff. I really hate to see servers struggle due to something out of their control. Much hope that this place gets the attention and growth it needs to succeed. Great potential located near many fast food...

We ordered take out tonight from the Chili's a few miles from where we are staying. I ordered the baked seafood with two side orders; Mexican rice and black beans. My sister ordered dry rub ribs with loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. Our order arrived to our vehicle approximately 10 minutes after we arrived. The food was hot. My sister commented it was to hot to hold in her lap, she received a sunburn like skin burn on her leg, the food was hot... It took 10 minutes to drive to our current home. My food was still very hot when I pulled it out of the bag. I realized my Baked seafood and pasta was in a thick dish it was obviously baked it. About the food... WOW!!! I can't even begin to tell you about the wonderful flavor. My sister said her ribs were amazing, her loaded mashed potatoes were better than she remembered and her asparagus was cooked to perfection. My Baked Seafood was a dish full of shrimp and crab meat baked with pasta, alfredo sauce, green onions and red peppers. One bite and my mouth exploded with wonderful flavors. My only negative was the Mexican rice. It was definitely NOT Mexican rice. It was more like half cooked white rice with a few spices added for a little flavor. The black beans reminded me of eating black eyed peas growing up. Since I didn't like the rice I decided to mix it with the black beans. What a difference. Now i had a new black bean and rice dish....

My family of 5 visited this location on Saturday, June 16th 2018, which happened to also be my 30th birthday, as we get older we don’t expect a whole lot to come of birthdays as we do when we are small children, but we wanted to have a good dinner at one of the places we LOVE to eat. We were visiting from out of town while staying at a nearby Resort. My family usually has no complaints when it comes to chili’s because we all enjoy a great portion of the menu items. My husband is quite shy, but he took the initiative to ask the hostess if they could sing me happy birthday in secret, when they never came, he looked for our waitress and couldn’t get ahold of her, he finally asked her about it and they told him they usually don’t sing for adults and that they do for small children! Well excuse him for asking, but obviously that’s not what he was expecting. Aside from that because it was really not a huge inconvenience as I would have felt embarrassed, my boneless wings were not cooked correctly since the coating was all falling off, our egg rolls were soggy, my daughters macaroni and cheese was extremely dry and there weren’t nearly enough napkins. We came around 4pm and the place wasn’t very busy at all, so I’m afraid to know what it would have been like if it were. Our bill was $80, I wish I would have cooked my own birthday...

UPDATE: Chili’s should re-brand themselves as the Hit or Miss Chili experience. They used to make great Long Island Ice Teas… not anymore. It was more of a sweet and sour lemon tea. And the Brisket BBQ Burger, it was a burger with no BBQ sauce. And forget the coleslaw. How can you screw up coleslaw, well, easy breezy. Just take a look. Totally tasteless, ugh! What is happening here! —— Last time I had a Chili’s experience was on Long Island, 10 years ago. And it was terrible. This time around, the waitress at the bar, saved the night. Ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can that be? Well, someone forgot to tell the kitchen staff, the floor tiles are not for flipping burgers. After waiting over 45 minutes, what I received was a decomposed floor flattened, shoe-squeezed, burned to the ground burger with a piece of cheese slapped on. I was going to take a picture when the tray was taken from me. I guess my expression was priceless. Glad the waitress took the platter because the replacement burger was good! Actually, very good. Don’t know what was going on in that kitchen, but from other reviews, it’s a on going issue. On the upside: Two hours after I entered a fairly empty restaurant at 4.30, the wait line was out the door. And from what I see, they must make a great Long Island Ice Tea because the guy next to me had at least four!

We went to Chilli's for our evening meal and it didn't disappoint. There were 5 x adults in our party, all ordered something different from the menu - and everyone absolutely loved their orders (steak / ribs / burger / Fajitas). Our server Tay was fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. The drinks were 2 for 1 which was fab and the food prices were excellent value for money. Definitely a place worth a visit. Our gang want to come back tomorrow, they were that impressed 😊👍 UPDATE:- Just to add we went back again today...and it was just as good. We all had different options than last time. The food was still great. Our server was fantastic, Shin, and was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We really couldn't fault it. Today we had burgers, ribs, corn on the cob, chicken strips. For dessert the gang chose the molten lava cake and the cookie skillet. Both went down very well. All in all it was a Great outing for the family and we will definitely be back😃😃👍

As soon as I entered the restaurant I felt comfortable and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The first bite I had was from melty mozzarella "bricks" made my night with that first delicious bite. Then I had the fajita treo and I was in heaven. The steak raised my expectations on steak fajitas forever! The chicken and shrimp kept me wanting more. I ate until I was TO full. The diet had to wait. But then we fell pray to the insanely delicious peanut butter pie Reese's. I don't usually like Reese's outside of the wonderful peanut butter cups. (Cakes and ice creams and such.) But now I feel the need to head back to chilis if not for the amazing meal, than for the Reese's pie slice. Our waitress was patient and made sure we had what we needed. I enjoyed my night and I will certainly be back!
