Denny's — Restaurant in Fowler

Lousy service, I waited for a coffee refill, I got tired of waiting for a waitress to offer a refill, I got up and I asked a waitress , " what do I need to do for me to get a refill, then when we got our food, my girlfriend asked for A One Sauce and I asked for Tabasco sauce, again it took the waitress for ever to bring the sauces to us...I started getting up to see what was going on, the waitress saw me getting up, that's when she walked to us to bring us the Tabasco and A One Sauce. I thanked the waitress she smiled and walked away..I tried pouring A One Sauce on my food, nothing came out, the A One Sauce bottle was empty...when the waitress passed by I told her can you please bring me a other A One Sauce, the bottle you brought me was empty, I was so frustrated.. we always leave a tip when we we eat out, but the service was so bad that we didn't leave a tip thus time...plus they weren't that busy, no excuse for the...

It's sad to see how far this place has fallen. We used to eat here every Sunday after church and had a regular server who knew us and our orders by heart. Today we had a server who wouldn't even acknowledge us. She took our order, brought us our appetizers and then forgot about us. Never came back to our table, never looked our way, we saw our childrens food up on the counter where she continued to look at it everytime she grabbed someone elses food off of it and serve them. Three other families came in after us, had there orders taken and food brought out to them and she continued to actively avoid our table before we had enough and went up to the register and waiting another five minutes before anyone even looked at us. Finally brought our food after we said something and and after still never even offered us refills on our WATER! If our money is not good enough, no worries, we will...

I came to my hotel room and wanted to get food for my family, so I decided to go to Denny's right next door to get some food to go, and as I started placing my order the manager alerted me and the cashier ringing me up for my order that I was not able to get kids meals for my kids, that they had to be there and eat there. I was really confused because we would usually get kids to go orders from other Denny's. The cashier said she was also confused because they usually were able to do it. Customers around also said that it should be fine. But the manager kept saying I could not. Overall the staff was much friendlier than the manager was. And seemed to know much more than her. And having experience in management as I'm currently in a leadership position at my job. This shouldn't be an issue. I usually dont write reviews but I felt like I really had to...
