Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fowler

I stopped by this Taco Bell location recently and had a great overall experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and came out surprisingly fast, which I needed for my road trip. My order was accurate, and everything was well-prepared — the tacos were crunchy, the burritos were hot and filled just right, and the nacho fries were perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and efficient at the counter, moving the line quickly and making sure everyone got what they needed without delays.

The dining area was reasonably clean and organized, with tables being wiped down regularly. I also checked out the restrooms while I was there, and they were fairly clean — nothing fancy, but definitely maintained well enough for a fast food spot. They had soap, paper towels, and no noticeable odors, which is more than I can say for a lot of other places.

First and last time coming to this location. Stopped here 10/4 at about 9:20PM and the lady who took my order was very impatient and rude. I asked for a Strawberry Dole, and her response was "we don't have that, we only have strawberry freeze or strawberry lemonade" and I said "Yes, the strawberry lemonade is Dole brand correct?" and she says "no", I hear a man in the back say "Yes, it is, that's what she's talking about" and all she says to me is "So is that it?" like girl, first confirm you have the drink I'm asking for. I get through ordering and get to the window to pay and it's the same lady who took my order. I hand her a $100, she says "I don't think I have change for this" and hands it back. I said "Well then never mind that's all I have" and she just closed the window on me. She should have borrowed change from the safe if she didn't have it, but she didn't even attempt to. Lazzzzzzy. I just drove off and went right across the way and spent my money at Jack In The Box, where the customer service...

We ordered on the app for in store pickup as we wanted to eat in the restaurant but my son wanted something (a special?) he saw on the app. We got there and they were closed. We knocked on the door and they came to the door and were irritated we knocked. We explained we ordered and wanted to pick it up and eat inside. They told us we could pick it up in the drive through. We could not cancel the order and go somewhere else, apparently we were not able to cancel and not pay. We did not want to eat in the car but that was the only choice. While we were eating we saw others try to go in but the doors were locked a d they left.

Basically very not nice employees treating the customers poorly because they decided to close the dining room early and then not allowing the order to be canceled for a refund.
