On 1/17/2018 we order for delivery we always order chicken wings plain ranch on the side when we received our order instead of plain wings we received hot wings I called and explain to Moretties they transfer me to the manager his name was RAY I explained to him my problem he said to me no problem. The problem I had with him is in the midst of our conversation he mentioned 3 times to make sure I gave the driver his hot wings back come on ray really you only had to mention it one time where I had to tell him yes you will get your wings Back come on ray really but that was not my problem if you wouldn’t have made the mistake we would not be having this conversation be a little more professional next time look at my previous orders I always order plain chicken wings and this is not the first time you’ve gotten my order wrong and when you do I call and always return the food but nevertheless what prompted this review is the unprofessional of the manager on duty he was more concerned about getting his hot wings Back then replacing my wings and by the way I appreciated when I called back and told you to put some fries 🍟 with the wings cause the fries I have now I like to eat them with my wings I appreciate that you did say I’ll take care of the fries in other words no charge (really) but thank you as a manager you need to eat your mistake and keep your customer happy we order from you guys a lot. Almost every other day. yesterday was our last order And by the way if you would have only mentioned to me one time to return your wings you would have never received this review u mentioned in our little conversation 3 times to return your hot wings not necessary and never apologized for the mistake of getting the order wrong. again 1 time is enough from past record your the manager you should know we order from u a lot and in the past when it has happened we always return your food when there is a mistake that was petty on your (managers) behalf. And to point out yesterday’s ticket price is $60+ dollars for you to be so ridiculous about ur hot wings which we never order...

Let's see, walk into a dark, cold bar, every other table dirty and the floor in chaos. As I watch my step from straggling napkins and pizza slices. Then a hot, dark, dingy bathroom with soap that smells like garbage (nauseating!) We sit down and wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a waitress who every three words was "I'm sorry I'm new and we're absolutely swamped". I've worked food service for nine years and honestly nothing irks me more than someone wasting their breath on blaming that it's swamped. Own your role, communicate like an adult and don't wait for me to ask for a drink refill. The table behind us warned us of a two hour wait - it was close and should have been a sign to run. My party ordered four flavored lemonades, which took forever and they came to the table warm as bath water and tasting like koolaid. We ordered a four piece meatball, recieved two and they weren't very warm, we ordered calamari which was hot, crispy and delicious, we ordered the tomato mozzarella caprese and the tomatoes were mushy and there was almost no balsamic on it. Then to the salads which took another 15 minutes to reach the table - nothing special just your typical side salad, but no table bread offered as all other tables had some. Segway into entrees 🤦🏽‍♀️ well guest one; requested cheese on the Italian combo sandwich - no cheese and beef was jerky like, guest two; tough chicken on pasta, guest three; no onion on burger and had onion and a shot glass worth of pasta salad guest four; asked for crispy chicken not grilled - came out grilled and not crispy. I attempt to find the best in most situations being it's not the easiest to handle holiday weekends and food service is a pain but sheesh, a free burger was not worth $84 in grief, aggravation and subpar food. First let me say i am a very picky eater. I come from an Italian background myself and I must say I will only eat those items that are spiced just right. Besides a good home cooked meal this would be my next choice for a close local place. The pasta sauces are amazing and they will accommodate any and all your needs. I eat their pastas on a pretty frequent basis.

Now they are my very 1st choice when it comes to ordering pizza. Their sauce is amazing and they will make the pizza however you will like. This place has their pasta and pizza on lock and I am sure the rest of their menu would also satisfy as well.

Not only does it stop here reviewing their food but they also offer banquet services etc. We now have a 16 year old boy and from the very 1st time the restaurant decided to do this we have been going and have not missed a year until covid shut down. Every New Years Eve they offer what is called their New Years Eve kid party. They offer 3 time slots to accommodate your family ability. What is great about this is you pay a flat fee and get soda, pizza, pasta, and dessert included in the nominal charge. They have a dj playing music for the kids with never ending decor so all kids have hats, necklaces, noise makers etc . They even do a balloon drop with a kid countdown. After all this celebration the kids think that New Years is now over and you can bring them home to bed and go out just in time to have your adult New Years Party somewhere.

This location is also almost on the Fox chain o lakes. Well it actually is but due to the area the Morettis is in, it can flood so to avoid that the restaurant is built on higher grounds. However, it is still the place to be and check out while your in the area....
