McDonald's — Restaurant in Fox Point

I'd like to start off by saying I am utterly amazed at how bad a restaurant can possibly be run. I have no doubt that the owners are making a ton of money because their location is fantastic. I used to be a manager at this location over a decade ago. I will say that if I showed up to work without my uniform on or yelled the N word repeatedly or stood in front of a customer not taking their order while drinking an iced coffee I would have been fired immediately. I stood and stared at the employees for 10 minutes and made eye contact with several of them. Then a woman came over and took my order which was very simple. If I actually had to double check that I was at the right restaurant because when I asked for a mid double she looked at me like I was speaking in another language. After paying for the food I watched them run around and talk about beating each other up while someone came out and pretended to sweep the lobby when in all reality they were just slapping the floor with the broom and playing on their phone. Finally the woman that took my order yelled into the back this man has been waiting here for 30 minutes and still doesn't have his food which was a good sign it which was a good sign except no one decided to get my food with any urgency. I will say the place had a much higher standard when it was owned standard when it was owned by Marshall chay. Very disappointing experience at this restaurant today. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. First of all they didn't know how to even enter a promo coupon for the mcvoice surveys. I've been coming to this restaurant for 20 years at least maybe 30 and I've had a couple bad experiences but overall 75 to 80% of the time it's been good. The lady at the front counter was pleasant enough and I believe a new employee so it's not her fault but the promo coupons are generally honored at any restaurants anywhere in any state unless a particular manager or franchise cops and attitude which is what they did today. They ended up honoring the promo coupon buy one get one but the attitude bothered me enough I just said cancel the order. And I got a smart alec response from the taller African American manager on duty like she said, will honor it this time but not next time. That didn't even need to be said that's just stupidity and ignorance. And it surely doesn't make you feel valued as a customer or as a person. It was rude and at the very least it was extremely not friendly. Clearly now when I look at the store ratings of 2.5 and eat at McDonald's all around the state and out of state I've never seen a store rating under 3.2 I believe. So this seems to be a behavior pattern and without reading all the other reviews I'm more likely to believe that the criticisms of this store by customers are mostly valid. Went inside to use restroom before making purchase. Found there was no toilet paper. Notified the 3 in-uniform workers who were lounging around in the area near the restroom. They kinda laughed and didn't bother getting up. Then I went to the main counter. The person just yelled what we are out of toilet paper again? Then the person handed me a stack of napkins and said "here, use these." On the way back to the restroom, one of the 3 lounging workers said "oh they gave you napkins? I don't want you to get a rash or anything" and he walked to the main counter. More rude mumbling from the other 2 workers cuddling at a table. After several minutes, the guy came back with a gigantic roll of rough paper towels and said "here you go." I guess they don't care about their plumbing either. When I went to the counter to get food, I waited several minutes, along with a woman in front of me. No one ever asked for our orders. Someone did come to the counter area but was yelling stuff to the workers in the back. Still didn't acknowledge our presence. Eventually left without ordering anything. Floors were extremely slippery. Doors had fingerprints and smudges all over the glass. Did not look like it had been cleaned in a really long time. None of the employees seem to care about...
