Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Fox Point

The lady was very rude to me!!! Please don't eat here!!!!! I ordered the 4 top pizza. And I thought that it would be normal crust. But I over here her on the phone asking the customer if she wanted thin or double stuff. And that made me ask because never being there before I assumed that my crust would have been double stuffed. But itwasn't. So i asked her if i can get double stuffed because my wife hates and I mean hates thin crust. But the lady refused and told me that I should of looked at the menu bored closer , and that she will not refund me or remake it. So I left with the pizza and immediately called, and ask for the corporate number. But they refused to give it to me and hung up on me. So people don't come here because there very unprofessional!!! All I wanted was for my wife and I to be happy for something we paid for, but we weren't and the lady who took my order refused and I do mean refused to male it right! She should not be working there because she is bad for business!! If ur going to eat there, make sure u ask for thin or regular crust, because they won't tell u and if u order and realize it's the crust u don't like, they won't care and won't fix it or refund u. So you'll leave until happy, just like I left today. $24.00 bucks wasted!!! Bad customer service, she refused to make things RIGHT!!! SO IM VERY...

Good food, terrible management. Ordered pizza with some wings and noodles at 5:58 on a Friday night. Food was delivered at 8:25pm. I was told a 55 min wait when I ordered. Having experienced longer than told wait times at this location in the past, I called to check on delivery time at 6:30 and was told it should be about 7pm. Ok. Then at 7:10 I get a call that there’s only one delivery driver and it will be another 20-25 minutes. Very odd you didn’t know you were behind with just one driver when I called at 6:30, but ok. Then the delivery driver calls to say he’s just leaving at 8pm. Our house is 10 min away. Finally get the pizza at 825pm. Just be honest with your customers. We’ve had similar issues before, but never this bad. I would have picked it up myself if they had told me the truth either time they were on the phone with me. The pizza and wings were cold when they arrived. They over promise, under deliver, and flat out lie to the customer. Too bad this location has such bad management and the delivery driver ends up taking the brunt of it. You just lost a repeat customer and prob many others. Just be honest! Don’t lie to...

I called in an order for carry out and was told my food would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and my food wasn't ready yet. Luckily I got there when I did as the people waiting for food started to pile up, so at least I had a seat in the tiny waiting area. As I sat there for the next hour it became frustrating to listen to them take carry out orders and continue to tell people 25 minutes, knowing full well it would be nowhere near that. One hour and five minutes after calling in my order, some of the other customers waiting for their food inquired about the status of their orders, at which point the cook came out to tell us it would be 15 to 20 minutes. When I told him that I called my order in an hour and five minutes ago he began to yell at me about how busy he was, while my two kids were waiting patiently with me. At that point I asked to talk to the manager who took some money off of my bill, what I really wanted was my food. One hour and 15 minutes later (45 of them spent in the waiting room) my food was ready. Too bad they forgot my wife's garlic bread, at least it was hot.
