Pizza Studio — Restaurant in Glendale

Very poor experience. The crust was literally swimming in grease. (See the photo) I, and this is no exaggeration, actually used 8 knapkins to wipe my hands and mouth. The pizza came out of the oven "well done" and then sat there for 5 minutes while the pizza maker hung out in back, I'm assuming texting or surfing on his phone. There was literally not a single other person in the store and I had to stand and wait for the pizza that was just sitting there. See video and photos.

As for the environment, the exhaust fans are so loud you can't hear the person sitting across the table from you.

I was surprised at how small the pizza was. See the photo. It measures about 8" across and there's almost no cheese. As I mentioned, it's way over cooked. The crust is nearly black in some places.

The food is also not cheap. I paid over $12 for one pizza and a fountain drink. I could have bought twice as much food at Toppers and had it delivered. Lesson learned.

One other thing: the pizza maker was wearing gloves - cool. However he wore the same gloves while making the pizza, taking money, adjusting his pants, playing with his phone, and while he went outside (touching the door handles in the process), rendering the cleanliness of the gloves totally moot.

This place needs some serious management. Maybe it's one of those corporate stores where there is no owner who cares about his/her business, or maybe it's managed by 16 year olds that don't care. Do yourself a favor and go visit Dr....

We were in the mood for pizza the night before our anniversary, and staying in a hotel to celebrate so options were limited. We checked out the menu and the macaroni pizza had a photo that looked amazing. It looked like it was huge, semi fluffy, and loaded with the cheesiest macaroni and cheese. What arrived 45 minutes later was the thinnest pizza I have ever seen in my life. A tiny 6/7 slice pizza that looked like flat pieces of dough that were slathered in nacho cheese sauce with a few pieces of macaroni on the top. We went hungry that night. Now if the photo hadn’t looked like a completely different pizza, I wouldn’t have been upset, but I also wouldn’t have ordered it. I don’t know who has the pizza they used in the photo, but...

Tried for the first time yesterday 5/6/19 and the service was horrible and slow. There was a older gentleman i assume is the owner or manager and a younger guy making the pizza looked like he did not want to be there or have a care in the world to make the pizzas. We waited about 5 minutes in line before they even started to make our pizza with no one in front of us. When we finally got started it took forever to make a simple pizza. Spending a good 15 plus minutes plus to make a fast fired pizza is not ideal. The ingredients are the only reason i gave it two stars as they were good and looked fresh. In comparison i have had much better and faster service at Blaze pizza. I hope they make adjustments or this place...
