Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

My friend I went through the drive through on Friday, April 26, 2024 in Germantown,Wisconsin between 4:30-4:45 pm. We proceeded to order two strawberry acai refreshers with water instead of lemonade and the dark-haired, young lady took our order. When we were driving away, we tasted our refreshers and although we did request them with water versus lemonade which we have done plenty of times, they were extremely watery with no flavor which that has not happened before. We decided to park and go inside to ask her if she could do another one because there wasn't any flavor. She, in turn got very rude, even going as far as saying that she heard us prior to ordering and it seemed to her like we didn't know what we were ordering. She had a bad attitude and did not represent good customer service. We have ordered these refreshers many times and have not had a problem but the fact that she was rude and disrespectful is not acceptable. I’ve had mostly all bad visits from this location! I started going here 4 years ago and they have a high turnover rate and each time the employees get ruder and lack any professionalism. I ordered a matcha and used my birthday coupon and it was soooooo disgusting, made me ill and wasn’t mixed well at all. If I can find a picture of it I’ll add it. Who the heck made the drink they should be fired! I was so upset. Another visit I paid extra for caramel and they forgot it and when I said something the barista drizzled some on top. Extra means drizzle it AROUND THE CUP!!!!!! I’ll get Starbucks from Target only because at least they make my drink right every time and service is way better, can’t even compare the two actually! 0/10 WOULD...

I have consistently gotten lattes at this location where the cup is only half full and the rest is just foam. So I switched to ordering the flat white which should have very little to no foam and yet again I had a cup half full of foam, I actually went inside and had them remake it and still it had 2 inches of foam, which was an improvement but still a flat white should not have that much foam. I could easily pour my grande into a tall cup without spillage. This one is so close to my house and it is so convenient but I'm tired of getting ripped off by them just filling my drink half full of foam, If I wanted foam I would order a cappuccino.
