I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!

A few weeks ago, I visited Postal Annex on Port Washington Road under significant time constraints. I needed assistance with legal documentation for my sister during an emotionally challenging time for both of us. Overwhelmed and unsure if they could help, I walked in with my sister in tears.

Jennifer and Michael were incredibly understanding and compassionate about our situation. Their genuine kindness went beyond simply running a business—it was clear they truly cared. Not only did they resolve the legal documentation I needed, but their empathy and professionalism made a difficult experience much more manageable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Postal Annex on Port Washington Road. Their team goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, treating their customers with the respect and care that truly matters in the long run.

Fast, friendly, and services listed are services provided. I needed a notary and went to FedEx, “Sorry you have to email and wait a week.” UPS Store, “Sorry, we stop notary at 1:45pm and you need an appointment.” Wisconsin Bank and Trust, “Do you have an account? Sorry we only notarize for account holders.” I called Postal Annex and a nice voice said “Sure we can help you, come on in.” They provided their email address to send documents for printing and when I arrived my documents were waiting for me. The notary reviewed and got me in and out in minutes. Documents printed and notarized in a jiffy. Thanks Postal Annex and Michael for providing great customer service and most importantly providing the services you are in business for. A lot of places advertise one thing but then you go and it’s a run around. I also thought the layout and store were clean and inviting. Definitely will be using Postal Annex for my office...

They are not competent. Many errors. Multiple mistakes. If you don't mind your Amazon packages being given to other customers which is impossible unless you don't care about your responsibilities and you are lazy. No apologies just excuses why they can't do simple tasks. Go to UPS or Fed Ex or better yet USPS who can all accept mail and Amazon and other packages professionally and not mess your packages up. Postal Annex offers nothing except a passive aggressive 'hello' and they continue time after time after time to make mistakes. How many chances should a business be given after they waste a customer's time and money over and over and over again? Even an apology after multiple mistakes is too much for them. I'm not a millionaire from Fox Point or Glendale or Whitefish Bay therefore I do not matter to these Downton Abbey snobs. Except I pay the same or probably more for the...
