Very disappointed in the customer care aspect of this location. One of the main reasons customers eat at Subway is because they have the liberty to pick and choose options on their customized sandwiches. I'd like to preface my concerns/disappointments by adding that I know restaurants in particular are feeling the financial crunch of the pandemic. But, when a customer politely asked to not be served the end portion of a tomato on a mini MINI tuna sub, why does the male owner have get nasty, by saying that, "he will have to start charging more due to my request?" Is it that serious? At the end of the day he is still making a profit from assembling my sandwich and me choosing to eat at his restaurant. Customers should never feel under appreciated or devalued when they make a polite request. Since I generally go to this location several times a week, have the same sandwich every time, have to make the same tomato request every single time, and have to hear this male owner speak broken english to protest my request, I've had enough. I will not be returning.
Customer service can make or break an establishment. And unfortunately distasteful customer service has ruined this...

Ordered online, waited in line behind two people in front of me getting their subs made (no issue). Get to my turn and tell them I ordered online, guy just points to where the food is sitting on a random ledge by the register and looks at me like I'm an idiot.
Next time, order online again. Get in and sit down because I see that there is no order sitting ready to go. Sit there for like 20 minutes, while the employee proceeds to make 3 or 4 people's sandwiches. He finally decides to talk to me and asks me what I am doing. I tell him I am waiting for my online order from what is now 45 minutes ago. Order was never even started, so I have to sit there for another 10 minutes while he makes it. The guy prepping my sandwich had an attitude and told me "if you want more, just tell me you want extra everything" and then proceeds to tell me he's going to charge me more since im adding more toppings. When he was done prepping my sandwich with all my topping that I requested, I asked him to squish my sandwich and he basically said no because "he doesn't like to change his gloves" since he didn't want to do it. When I said "well you can just change them" he seemed to have an attitude and said "no I don't want to do that".
