Tonight I stopped in for the first time to get take out. It was actually my first time trying the food. As I walked into the building. I noticed how clean everything was from the table to the floor it was very clean. I wasn't sure how to order. So there was a nice young man smiling. He was very polite and very helpful. I ordered the dinner combo and then three chicken fingers and two coleslaws. The sandwich is, how do I put it very messy. It has three chicken strips in ithe chicken strips kept falling out. Chicken was cooked fine. There was not a lot of sauce on it.So it really did not taste very good. Fries were okay. I did ask for some sauce on the side.Never received any sauce. I did speak to the manager for a few minutes. He was very polite very nice. Overall the appearance of the restaurant please I would give it five stars absolutely. However, the food it's not that great. There needs more sauce in the sandwich. Not sure I would go back. But the service again was fantastic. If I could give any suggestion is the sandwich should be a whole piece of chicken, not 3 strips in it.Cause it's quite messy and when you ask for extra sauce on the side you should get it. The sandwich. Might have tasted better with more sauce on it. $23.00 for the total and honestly very expensive for food...
Read moreFirst thing I smelled when I walked in was either some chemical or raw potatoes. Not off to a great start imo. First time ever at any Cane's and the menu item was underwhelming since it only consisted of chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, chicken sandwich and cane's sauce. No flavor variation on the tenders nor fries. Their combo was flexible enough where if I didn't want the coleslaw, they gave me extra fries. Staff was really friendly and had a great vibe among one another as well. Speed of service was within 1 or 2 minutes due to low variation of food.
Tender was very juicy, crunch was really good. Fries were okay, not bad but not good either. Sauce was obviously the highlight. There was enough but it felt like the sauce was skimped out on. Sauce itself is like a tangy, light Cajun ranch flavor. I got the box combo so it came with 4 piece tender and some fries. Will try sandwich next time.
Overall impression is mid since in framingham/natick area there are other better options in my opinion. Franchise will need to step up its menu options to stay in the chicken...
Read moreEvery time I have been to this location (twice in total), I am greeted with a level of friendliness you don’t often see in fast food. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, with warm smiles and upbeat energy that made the whole experience feel welcoming.
For fast food, I was blown away by how fresh and moist it was. The chicken was hot, juicy, and perfectly crispy on the outside, with a golden breading that didn’t taste greasy or heavy. You could tell it hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp—this was made to order. The bun was soft and lightly toasted, with just the right amount of give, and the Cane’s sauce pulled everything together with a tangy, creamy kick.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. My order was packed neatly, the sandwich looked exactly like the photos (rare these days), and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s fast food, yes, but it’s done with care.
If you're looking for a place that combines top-tier customer service with fast, fresh, flavorful food, Framingham Raising Cane’s hits the mark. Definitely a notch above the usual...
