I truly wish I could give zero stars for service and atmosphere. I didnât even order food here because of it. My mom wanted to try this place out and I went near closing. She had called 10 minutes before closing to ask if we can place an order over the phone. The guy said no, that everything is already put away, and was very dismissive to her. I went in anyways, since they were still open, just to see their menu and atmosphere so we can plan for another day. I walked in and all 5+ staff members looked over to me and said nothing. Most, just standing there with arms crossed and leaned against the counter. One of which I believe to be the manager. There were people in line and their sandwiches were being made. Even though we were told we couldnât order because everything was already put away. Nobody said hello for a couple minutes. One young gentleman just asked âis there anything we can do for youâ. I politely said no, explained that I was just taking a glance at the menu, and walked out. I wish we had a different experience here, because we really wanted to give it a try. We may come back but, with a first impression like that itâs...

I had a few questions in terms of what she recommended, and she answered not just with facts, but with personality and character! She seemed like she really enjoyed her job. Sandwich was okay, I got the Chewheato. Nothing revolutionary, but it was good. I was told theyâre switching from the spicy chipotle sauce to a spicy mayo soon, and I believe that will elevate the taste a good bit. Reasonable in size for $10, taking into account rising costs of operation. Not a super filling meal, but a good lunch to hold you over until dinner. I appreciated the niche drink options, all being smaller brands. It was nice having something different from Pepsi or Coke drinks. Lots of indoor seating options from high tops to regular tables, and a few outdoor tables as well. Outdoor tables were well maintained, the girls would clean them off as people came and went. They sold fresh homemade loaves of bread for around $5 too which was nice. Overall a great experience, a nice...
Read moreAfter hearing my coworkers rave about this place, I finally came around to trying it. Why did I wait? Because I couldnât decide on which sandwich I wanted to try first because they all look amazing! I decided my first sandwich was going to be the chicken and Gouda. Let me tell you, the sandwich is huge. Filled with delicious and fresh ingredients, I know the taste is going to be even better than how it smells in my car. I ordered the sandwich ahead, but had to check out their sweet treats. Iâm so glad Ziana made a recommendation because again, my indecisiveness wasnât letting me pick. She suggested the Michigan cherry danish so of course I had to try it when I got to the car, but ended up eating half of it! I also grabbed a gluten-free brownie, sourdough bread, and spicy peach jalapeño jam! I canât wait to come back and try everything...
