DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an online order for 3 sub sandwiches. While eating the turkey sandwiche my husband noticed a brown ball the top which was quite disturbing and alarming. We eat subs all the time (never from this place) but I decided to drive there and show them exactly what was on the sandwich. I was told that it was some type of brown salt or possibly breadcrumbs however the manager insisted that it was not from their establishment and I was lying. Not once did I ask for my money back I was willing to have them make a new sandwich but instead he insisted on refunding me. I have a pizzeria in Somerset that I have become attached to, so I really had not given this place a chance. I have been here twice recently and I must give Bella Pizza II, 5 stars. The problem with other pizzerias is, you go there on any given afternoon and see 1 or 2 plain cheese pizzas for single slices. NOT HERE! There had to be at least 12 different pizzas on their counter, and a beautiful mountain of garlic knots. 😊 if you’re going to sell slices, this is how you do it. I got a pepper/onion for my husband, a white slice for myself (which was freakin awesome) and a Sicilian slice for later. LOL. p.s. AND 6 garlic knots OMG. Ordered delivery for over $50 worth of food, through their website and not using a delivery service. Rather than food showing up, no show, no call nothing. Have an email confirmation that they charged me and that the delivery time would be around 30 minutes. We are now at over an hour. Again no phone call, tried calling and no answer.
As a result it's now 11PM and I am at a hotel and have to find food for my son. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Now I have to call my bank and contest the charge.
Before they try and say I ordered too late, their website allowed me to place the order and I have an email confirmation of payment and delivery by 10:15PM. No contact at all with this...
