I been here several times, and they serve authentic Thai food. You choose your spice level from 1-4. I always go with level 3 except when ordering the Som Tum salad I stick to spice level 2. That’s usually my go to appetizer to start here. It’s so good! They give a generous salad portion too! I’ve also tried Yum Bhu which is the soft shell crab salad which is very good as well. For entrees the Pad Thai is my favorite here! They make it the true way a Thai restaurant is suppose to make it sweet and savory. I give the Pad Thai 5 stars! The other dishes I had here were the Massaman Curry, Pad Preaw Wan, Pad See Ew, and the Pad Prig Khing which were all good! I didn’t care though how they made their Pad See Ew here. I’ve had it at other Thai places, and it’s not as good here. The sauce wasn’t sweet enough like it should be. I’ve had several desserts all being ok/good. My favorite one is the fudge cake. The portions here are generous which are plus, and the dishes have authentic Thai flavor. I recommend dining at Thai Lanna in Franklin!

Worst experience ever, put in a pick up order after my grad for my family and I can eat, the drunken noodles and the basil fried rice were flavorless without any spice or salt. I called them and asked them if they could do anything for me today and the manger named Nori said I can come back tomorrow WITH THE FOOD to a new order because they are busy today. How unfair is that. I live 45 min away and asked if she could do anything today and she said not today and to bring the food back. Worst experience ever during my graduation. However I have to give them credit for their red curry which was really good. But the manager was rude and yelling through the phone.

Excellent and authentic thai food. Great service and the ambience/decor is similar to a 5 star restaurant. It is Hands down the best Thai food ever! Thai Lanna on Easton Ave is an absolute gem. Every dish is bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly spiced, and made fresh. The Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Massaman Curry are out of this world — you can really taste the love in the cooking. We literally drive up from Florida and make sure to stop here every time we’re in town. The service is always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. If you’re craving real Thai food, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Normally I would be happy eating here, but after tonight I will not be returning. They messed up every dish I ordered tonight and then had the audacity to claim I was lying when I asked them to replace ONE dish! The pad woon sen I ordered was about half the serving I normally get and wasn't even sufficient enough for a meal. The chicken pad thai that was supposed to be spicy wasn't spicy, and the pork pad thai that wasn't supposed to be spicy was so spicy it was inedible. People make mistakes, understandable, so I call them back and very nicely ask if they could replace the pork pad thai, since it was meant to feed my one year old nephew and my sister couldn't even eat it. The woman said ok, but we would have to come pick it up, even though less than an hour before they had a driver for delivery (this mysterious driver only drives on weekends apparently, yet even on weekends I need to go pick up my order). My boyfriend graciously goes to pick it up, and when he arrives the cook comes out and says he wants the old dish and that he won't make a new one. First of all, if they wanted the old dish she should have said so before my boyfriend made the 20 min drive. Second, I've spent so much money there, why would I try to get a ten dollar meal from them? How rude! The food isn't even that good, I won't be going back, and I'm sure others can find a better Thai place. Bad food, bad costumer service,...

BAD FOOD - HORRIBLE SERVICE. We have been going to this place for more than 5+ years now. Their food quality and service have gone from great to horrible. A few days back we went with friends and family and ordered all food to be Medium spicy. The waitress forgot to mention to the cook that we wanted medium spicy and the food come as complete BLAND. We informed them waitress politely and asked it to be redone and we were OK to wait. Although she did get it redone, but in her vengeance she purposefully got it done a extra extra spicy. As mentioned we have been going there for 5+ years, so we very well understand the food spice levels.

All groups in our company place takeout orders from them on a regular basis. Today, after placing a takeout order, we called in 2 minutes to cancel the desert item. They tried to act smart by saying they already made the desert (in 2 minutes). They only cancelled the desert item when we threatened to cancel the complete order. However, upon pickup of the items ordered, they have intentionally messed up the order and provided incorrect item that we did not order and did not want.

Their phone service SUCKS, you cannot hear them half the time and the remaining half time they cannot understand what you are saying.

WARNING - this is a vengeful business - if they do not like you, they will take it out in ways you...

Som tum we ordered was the only dish that was good. Phatai tasted too original (sour and salty) and thin noodle was overcooked and all broken. The green curry tasted somewhat atrificial and the shrimp came with didn't feel like it was fresh. The bigger issue was on the receipt. The menu noted the green curry with shrimp was $18 but when I checked the receipt, it said $16 for green curry and +$3 for shrimp which is $19 in total. When I asked why they charged me a dollar more, the server conviniently said "oh, we increased our price $1 each as the price for everything gone up." Nobody explained to us that the price noted in the menu was outdated and the correct price was $1 more then what we saw when we ordered the dishes. Also adding "this is all computer generated and there's nothing we can do about it." No "sorry" no nothing but just a slam on the face saying you need to pay more then what is noted in the menu. $1 is not much, but the way they just sneak in additional charge without explaining and when asked, just saying it is what it is is not really an attitude you want from a restaurant. For whooping $1 with an attitude, they lost their...
