SAVE YOUR MONEY! DON"T GO HERE! THEY CHARGE YOU THEN DON"T DELIVER BC THE DRIVER DOESN"T FEEL LIKE IT. RUUUUUUUN!!!!! This place is horrible! They charge my credit card. Spend 20 minutes taking an order, spelling the name 100 times for them to call me 30 minutes later to tell me the driver doesn't want to drive to me. OK then why didn't you say you do not deliver to me when I called. I'm less than 5 miles I looked on Google maps. What a JOKE. Then the lady tells me her name is DHE. Call her H. Hangs up twice. No wonder they have horrible reviews. Save your hard earned money they are a joke and don't deserve to be in business if this is how they treat customers. how does a delivery man dictate service??? I have been a customer of China Chefs for 16 years. It is the closest Chinese Asian food resteraunt near my house. When I purchase food in store, I always drop my change in the tip cup. When I order delivery, I never tip less than 20%. You read correctly. I tip 20% at least always. Today I ordered food and told them that I would come to the store to pick it up. Unfortunately, I left my wallet in my other truck,which is in Fords. I explained that I left my wallet, thinking that china Chefs might give me a tab. After all I am a loyal sixteen year customer, who has never asked for a break and who tips 20% on delivery. Reality... my food was snatched back off the counter and I was sent on my way empty handed. Bad food, even worse customer service. They have no idea how to treat their customers. Their food is not fresh and the soup is pasty and tastes horrible I have found plastic parts from containers as well as stone pebbles in my soup. If I could give no stars I would and would never visit this establishment again. There is the most creepy girl that I think resides there for the last 15 years. She must have a bed in the kitchen.
