Fast Bagel - Somerset — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I was there yesterday, went for a coffee and a BLT, and yes there was a small line, ordered my food and proceeded to wait. After a while all previous customers left, and new customers came in and left, after a new amount of customers started to come in ,now waiting about 25 minutes, for a BLT, I was still waiting, and yes I know they get busy, but there's was 4 people making sandwiches, plus other people in the back kitchen working, I was standing there visibly, with no sandwich in sight, the one lady finally asked me what was I waiting for, , now at this point you'll think that they would at least try to make my food, they knew I was waiting, they knew I had paid for my food, they started to asked themselves if they didn't make the sandwich, and again instead of making the most easy to make of breakfast sandwich, one lady started to scroll through the computer screen, to check to see if in fact I had ordered it, 4 people and no one could just make a sandwich because now it was probably back logged in their computer screen, you'll think they would just make it, but no, they just seemed confused about it. I finally had to ask for my money back, there's no way I can wait who knows how long more for someone to just put some bacon,lettuce and some tomato together, now past half hour wait. I know that a lonely customer, that is buying just one sandwich might not be important for your business, but instead of quickly making the food they just couldn't, or didn't want to, I really don't know. What I know is that, I doubt I will ever go there for any breakfast again, since they don't seem to care for...

We used to go here all the time when it was bagel Peddlar we would call they’d know our order and even if there was any mistakes because they were really busy they’d rectify them with no issues. As fast bagel … ordered a bacon egg and cheese a month or so ago on an everything bagel they put it on a salt bagel… called they told me they can remake it for me wasn’t driving back out there so they said they’d leave my name for when I decided to get it again. Okay fine that works ; however the last TWO times we have gone there for curbside pickup we have to go INSIDE after waiting for the order for more than 5-10 mins and the bagels are just sitting there with all the other pickup orders . They used to be so good with bringing the food out we just left there 11 am on a Tuesday they were DEAD fiancé goes in to grab the order and they’re just like oh sorry here it is. This place has got to get back to how they were when they first switched over to fast bagel if not they’re going to lose a lot of business . Especially because the only reason we still were going there is because they used to be quick ; now they’re slower ; don’t bring the bagels out and the bagels aren’t that great :-/ ....

Poor customer service at Fast Bagel. We ordered 2 bagels for delivery, one with extra bacon and one with a hash brown on top. We did not get any of the extra things we ordered despite paying for it. And when we called, they said "put it in the comments the next time you order and we'll add it for free" There won't be a next time!! We basically got robbed for the extras we paid for. We even went down there to rectify the problem in person, and they said that they could remake it for us. But they didn't say any of that on the phone?!! They should have just refunded me the money for the extras on the phone. That would have been the quick & easy way to make the problem go away.

Instead of remaking it, we asked for a refund and now we won't get a refund for another 3-5 days (MAYBE) because they can't process refunds in the store. Best believe I'll be there at the end of the week if we don't receive a refund. Those bagels were $30 and we tipped the delivery driver. We try to support local businesses but I need Fast Bagel to stand...
