They need to do better hiring people! Specifically, the one girl who doesn't understand that BLACK coffee means no cream no sugar. Regardless of how many times I specify NO sugar or cream, I get cream and lots of sugar. Then I get an attitude when I try to have it corrected. This is not the first time this has happened. The time before, i ordered a breakfast sandwich and got a squished muffin and a used napkin. I’ve been coming to this location for months since starting my first salary job nearby. I may not remember all of their names but I always recognize their faces. These people have always been the highlight of my day, have always made my cold brew perfectly, and have made me feel so cherished when they remember my order or smile at me. I visited at 9am on 4/21/18. There was a line of about 8 people. I waited in line to prefer for about 5 munites. Not bad. Then another 5 minutes for the food. Wasn't a bad experience. The reason for the 3 stars is because generally the place is small and only has about 3 tables and 4 chairs at the countertop. Secondly they weren't exactly organized but they did get the job done. 3rd the my sandwiches were kind of thrown together but it did taste the same. So 3 stars. Enjoy...
