Coffee is better than other near-by stores as near-by stores are selling black dull hot water compared to this.

Note for DD - DD has to start serious inspection of their stores for Coffee quality & Donut's size/freshness... as Franchise owners are cutting corners...diluting the coffee... this is going to impact DD's goodwill.

One issue with this store- I asked for Hot Coffee with Oatmilk - I was given a milk from fridge. I asked the person - won't it make coffee cold, why don't you at least microwave the milk??? he said no.

By the time I got the coffee and got outside - coffee was cold and outside weather was 32 deg... $4 down the drain... unlike old days when DD coffee was under $2.

Not sure if this is Dunkin Donuts/This store/The specific staff is unable to understand non-standard milk options. Other coffee shops are now offering other...

I ordered 2 XL coffees and asked for cream, sugar, and small cups on the side as I was having some people over but the Box of Joe always goes to waste because it's too much for 4-5pp. The guy that took my order was nice enough and didn't say anything about my order. When I went to pick up my coffee at the next counter they didn't give me the cups so I asked for them again and the lady that was giving me my coffee was beyond rude for no reason. She yelled at me and told that they cost extra and are not free. I was shocked, no one told me this and it was completely out of nowhere. I have been coming to this location for years, it used to be one of the best locations in the area however, the service has degraded tremendously. After coming in to order, it takes an average of 25 minutes to receive a small order. The employees prioritize mobile orders, which I understand however, they ignore the growing line present in the store. Other customers were waiting longer than me, around 30 minutes for a simple order as well. This location needs some serious management improvements.
