Taco Bell — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I specifically stopped in for the release of the Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries. The kiosk experience was horrible. I had to page through several menu items to find what I wanted. The screen does not respond, taking several attempts to get things to register, and of course who doesn't love touching public screens?? Then, there was no option to get a printed receipt. I could provide my phone number or email, but all I wanted was a printed receipt to verify my transaction. I love self-service scanning at the grocery store, but at Taco Bell this experience took several more minutes, and was generally annoying.

My items were delivered to the counter, but there was -0- cheese on my "grilled" nacho fries, which clearly never touched a grill. I just got crunchy fries in a fry container. I requested 3 kinds of sauce, but arrived home to find there were NONE. Between the kiosk, the food, and the delivery at the counter, everything was an EPIC FAIL.

From the exterior, the store looked closed down. There was absolutely nothing in the windows, and no exterior signs on the walls. The newly designed interior is stark and looked like a warehouse. Another customer decided to dine in, but also commented that the new furnishings didn't look the slightest bit comfortable or welcoming. I love having Lisa in the mornings! Professional, beautiful smile, and is such a pleasure to have along with most of the staff I have encountered! She even remained wholesome when I caught a regular customer trying to demean her to partake in food tasks that is out of her and the cook's job categories (I will address this if he does this next time). I will not stand to see any customers abusing such hard working staff!

The regular food is great as well which is 10/10 for me. The food being prepared is rapid! Restaurant is always clean when I step in! Funny thing is, I don't even come here a lot but I may do more in the future! Ate here a few a few years back for lunch as well.

I would have put 5 stars but like twice when my favorite worker Lisa wasn't working those two days, it's kind of hard to get in contact with a staff member when I'm in the front inside wanting to order something when some of the non-cooking workers are preoccupied with something else in the back instead. Please try to be present, ready and hear out from your customers who come in the front. Otherwise again, great eating...

My friends and I took a little trip for our much awaited "Fat Sunday". Oh boy were we disappointed. Worker requested we go thru the drive thru 4x for all of our dif orders (4 ppl in the car 4 orders). Furthermore, I asked the worker if the birthday churros were any good. No response. You would think they're trained in the industry to upsell items. This taco bell... nope. Just trained to be rude, disregard customers, and hand u ur food. Regardless, we instead ventured inside over going thru the drive thru 4x. Ridiculous right?! Waited waited waited. The workers were far too busy with the drive thru to focus on in person customers. Blasphemy! Im no taco bell enthusiast so I truly don't know how long it take to put cheese and a tortilla on a hot stove and flip it after a min but apparently a very VERY long time. I think I stood there longer than it's been since the cold war. When I finally received my order I had requested 15 fire sauces. To my dismay there were zero. That's right. NONE. The 30min taco bell chatatrophe drove us to go to mickey ds instead. Will very unfortunately not...
