I recently visited this Arby's location, and it's become a running joke among my friends that they routinely refuse to put any Arby's sauce in the bag. It's almost like a secret mission for the staff here to withhold that delicious sauce. I mean, what's an Arby's meal without that tangy goodness?
I've tried politely asking for Arby's sauce every time I order, but it's like they're on a mission to test my patience. It's especially frustrating when I'm looking forward to dipping my curly fries or classic roast beef sandwich into that signature sauce, and it's nowhere to be found.
Adding to the frustration, it's not just the absence of Arby's sauce that's concerning – it's the suspicion that they may lie to you at the window when you ask if there's sauce in the bag. It's become a recurring theme, and it's disheartening to catch them in the act.
The food itself is as expected – those curly fries are still crispy and seasoned just right, and the roast beef is tasty. But the missing sauce just leaves me feeling like something's incomplete. Maybe the employees here have some vendetta against Arby's sauce, or perhaps they're just really forgetful. Either way, it's an ongoing disappointment.
I hope they can figure out their sauce situation because I'm not sure how many more times I can endure the disappointment of an Arby's meal without that essential condiment. Arby's sauce lovers beware – you might want to double-check your bag before you leave...
Read moreWe decided to go to Arby's on Rawson today due to our time being limited. It was the wrong choice for us today. I ordered the 2 4 $7 ham and cheese melts. My wife ordered a regular roast beef sandwich. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes to get our order. I went to the counter to get some pepper and that was a time-consuming process. I had two employees walk past the counter and never asked what I needed about 5 minutes to get the pepper. After sitting down and opening my first sandwich it was cold, and the cheese was not even close to being melted. The second sandwich was also cold. My Wifes sandwich was fine. We have been here many times with pretty good results but today they dropped the ball. I noticed that the drive thru received 90% of the attention. while the 8 people in the seating area waited for their meals. Two other couples took their food back and two people waiting to get their order taken walked out when the employee was taking drive thru orders at the counter in front of them. They were told that they will be with them shortly. Unfortunately, we did not have the time to wait and had to settle for cold sandwiches. Being honest this was never the norm for this place. I've seen 4 employees working here but not much was running smoothly. We will try this Arby's again as we always give second chances. Hopefully they will get their act together for...
Read moreI ordered the 2 for $6.00 a fish sandwich and a beef sandwich.
The bun was still slightly frozen or very very cold. The fish was put in the microwave, the ends and corners of the fish was hot chewy and rubbery, the center was not hot and again the bread was cold. It took them less then 30 seconds to call my name for sandwiches noone else was in the place. But I was completely taken back by the fact there was no care taken to throw the two sandwiches together. I am not saying this is a bad place so not go there. I am saying the experience I had going there on this beautiful sunny day. I won't go back. The place was clean. Everything was wiped down in the dining area the trash wasn't over flowing. The quality of the food wasn't good...
