I’m late to the Crumbl game, so I’ve been in a peculiar state of limerence ever since my first bite on Saturday night. Here’s what I had: The Olivia Rodrigo GUTS cookie! This one is #good4u! Happy & healthy? Not me! This sandwich cookie features vanilla cookies, buttercream, jam guts, and sparkles. I loved it. I ate it from the center out and got the jam on every bite. I bought two and enjoyed the Deja vu. 10/10 #GUTS Cornbread: I’m all about dis bread! 10/10 Strawberry Cake: Let them eat DIS cake. *The strawberry doesn’t taste artificial. Surprised me! 10/10 The Blue Monster: I loved this one. It had a brown sugar bend to it and some Chips Ahoy cookies. Solid 10/10 Brownie Batter: Batter up! Bases are loaded on this one. 9/10 Old Fashioned Donut: Do-nut knock it ‘til you try it. My cat loved this one too. 8/10 Oreo Cookies & Cream Milkshake: Brought me to the yard! 7/10 Buckeye Brownie: Go Buckeyes! Great recipe! 10/10 Biscoff Cookie Butter White Chip - Nothing to scoff at! 7/10 Blueberry Cheesecake: Cured my blues. Tastes even better when it’s chilled. 7/10 I want them to make a spicy cookie, something like the New York Times’ recipe for the Gochujang Caramel Cookie or something with Siracha. Anyways, props to the Franklin, Cool Springs team! The place was spick and span and I had a great first time. The ordering kiosks were simple and seamless. I’m excited to return.

Crumbl is always amazing. I recommend that you order in advance and schedule your pick up. That's what I did and it was waiting for me when I got there. I waited literally no time for my food. We got red velvet, chocolate chip, and grandma's cookie. As you can imagine, they were all amazing. Crumbl cookies are kind of expensive, so they're more of a special occasion thing, I think. But you get what you pay for, and they are totally worth it. The staff are really nice here and they are prompt and efficient. Parking is a little tricky in this lot, but there's usually plenty of spots open. You can take kids here if you want to. But it's really more of a pick-up and go type place. So only take them if you have to, in my opinion. To sum it up awesome, delicious, and I'll be back.

Whether you’re a local going to a birthday party not knowing what to bring, or a tourist in Nashville, Crumbl doesn’t disappoint you in delivering a cute pink box full of gigantic cookies with unique flavor profiles for everyone in the group. If you like classic flavors, chocolate chip cookie 🍪 or cookies & cream got you covered. Up for experiment, try the blueberry 🫐 cheesecake or Raspberry Lemonade. A box of 6 cookies costs around $27 in 2024. They also have mini cookies, but I haven’t tried those. There’s plenty of parking in that complex. Staff is friendly. You can also place an order on one of the home-delivery apps for pickup or delivery — which is super convenient. Our pickup order got ready in less than 10 mins.

The cookies are amazing! Our experience while there was less than. My husband and I walked in at a time where there was only one customer in front of us, and there were several staff members working behind the counter. Great! We walked up and placed our order and payed on one of the kiosks and went over to the side to wait. 20 minutes go by and at this point SEVEN costumers have come in after us, ordered, payed, got their order and left. So my husband goes up to the counter and it’s another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged his presence. I kid you not, not a single employee even made eye contact. It was a poor experience from a customer service standpoint. They need to have someone behind the counter who is keeping track of orders and the customers who are present and waiting. Because we were there for half an hour for cookies that just needed to be put into a box and given to us! Finally my husband gets a staff members attention and it was an honest mistake, they had just missed filling the order. Which we totally understood! But the complete lack of awareness and attention to customers four feet away from them left a bad taste...

Kind of shocked at the terrible service I received. Waited several awkward moments at the counter as about 10 employees continued to work, finally I asked “is there a certain amount of time before someone can take my order?” One girl said “should be under 2 minutes.” Unsure if that meant 2 minutes is the standard or 2 more minutes, I continued to wait. “I just need 5 chocolate chip cookies, not even warmed up” No response. Just stares. Finally I said “Am I supposed to order online or something? Do you not take orders here?” And finally someone took my order. My cookies came to me in 5 separate boxes. I asked for them to be in less boxes and was told I’d need to be charged 50 cents more? Having waited already I asked why I couldn’t just get them put into 2 boxes and was told it couldn’t be done. Finally a supervisor was called over who charged me 1.25 to put my cookies...
