It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Franklin

DO NOT order from here, last week their power went out so they couldn’t fulfill my order. Which is clearly out of their control, but what is in their control is the refund that they have not issued me after calling 4 separate times asking for it. Was told I should be refunded with in 24 hours but the very next day my account went from pending to charged. Called afree and left my name, number, order number and email with a worker and they said they’d have the manager call me back at 1pm when they were in. The manager never called me, so I called them myself at 1:45 and he’s “busy in the kitchen” so he couldn’t speak to me but was able to tell the worker that he issued my refund. Well it’s been almost a week now and still no refund, it’s okay I called my bank and reported it as fraud & as an unauthorized charge so the manager will have to speak with the banks himself on why they charged an account and still haven’t issued a refund. STAY AWAY from this place, do not order because they will give you the run around if their are...

I want to give this place -5 points because it has the WORST customer service. I came to pick up my order and waited 5 minutes. Nothing. Then I knocked on the door and 2 people saw me and nothing. They didn’t come to the door but went back to working. I tried saying I’m here to pick up my order, nothing! Then I tried calling the number on google and when I hit 1 to speak to somebody at the restaurant, the phone stated no one is there to pick up and phone and hung up. In addition, they don’t have number to call once you reach the location. Wasted 15 minutes of my life...

I ordered delivery before and it was amazing! So I am so sad that I can't leave an amazing review today. I ordered pickup and sat outside for an hour past when my pickup time was scheduled for. The doors were locked no one from Chili's or It's just wings would answer the phone. No signage that they weren't open. The Packers were playing on the tvs inside. They did charge my account for nearly $100 though. Several other people came and left to get orders too. So I imagine this isn't the only angry review today.
