This was our 2nd time traveling to the area and we love this place. Cannot believe the bad reviews on here, this place is a gem! If you want only sweet wine, a wine bar is not for you. Go buy a cheap box and enjoy at home. The purpose of a wine bar like this is to be able to independently try different wines. Sure it’s a small place, but this is a great opportunity to try new and different wines you might not otherwise try. We love the 1 oz pours. The machines provide basic wine info and you can obtain more detailed info if you search online. I’m sure it gets very busy on weekends and staff is probably stretched but they really do try hard here, they’re very nice. We’re hoping to squeeze in one more visit before leaving town. They also have an extensive cocktail list. We ate a meal before arriving then had a nice cheese plate with our wine....

Great place to try a few different wines and relax. The ambiance is nice and quiet. The waiter was super cool and friendly. He did not pressure us to order food quickly and let us drink and dine at our own pace. The selection of wines is small but they are generally pretty darn good. The pours aren't like other restaurants with a similar "pour your own" idea as J J's has a tasting, a glass, and a hefty 8 oz pour. Most places have a tasting, a half glass, and a full glass. My mom made the mistake of getting an 8 oz pour. She thought she won the jackpot with how full her glass was. I showed her the difference and we had a good laugh. The cheese plate paired well with the wines and had a decent variety. The margherita pizza was delicious. The salmon croquettes were just so-so. Overall, the food was good. I can't...

Really dismayed by my second experience here. Went to celebrate a friend’s

birthday with 8 other ladies and was shocked by the service and behavior of the Host and staff.

When we arrived the host nicely seated us. But the server never showed. I went to the Host to ask. Her response was rude, “Your server will see you, she’s somewhere around.”

Mid the evening one of the wine bottles went empty. I informed one of the staff who curtly told me, “We need to clear the hallway for safety hazard reasons”. Say what?

Following that, our sever appeared to either be on massive sedatives or a bong of weed because she couldn’t even properly talk without slurring her words.

The biggest plus of the evening was excellent food and wine. But the staff, the service and the experience...

Finally made it! Been meaning to stop forever and finally did this past Saturday. We were there around 4pm and it was early enough that we nearly had the place to ourselves. The ambience was perfect for a wine bar. It's a converted house, so there are rooms and hallways that give it an intimate, quiet feel. The lighting is dim and warm. There is seating on the porch as well in a little front yard. There are wine dispensing machines which is fun so that you can try different wines before committing to a glass or bottle. My husband and I ordered the charcuterie board, and OH MY! It was absolutely fabulous! I also ordered the rosé lemonade and that was so light and refreshing. The only con is that we haven't been here sooner! Highly recommend.

A friend and I shared a charcuterie board and the fondue. Our waitress was MIA most of the time and it took about 30 mins to even get a coke. Becca stopped by multiple times to check on us,even though she was not our waitress, and noticed we had been sitting for about an hour with nothing in front of us and said something was down. Still hadn’t seen our original waitress. The charcuterie board was nice and had a good variety of meats and cheeses. The chocolate fondue was ok, but the candle was out before it got to us and no one came out to light it and the chocolate started to cool.

I went there last night for a couple glasses of wine and I ended up staying a little longer than I wanted to but it was because they had games. The person that I came with does not partake in alcohol and enjoyed themselves too. The waitresses were being harassed by a patron who was age shaming and hard-core trying to flirt and put them down at the same time. That part was awkward to see and I have to say that all three women handled it very well. Very impressed with this place.
