This place was so hopeful yet ended most disappointing. The front folks were great! The food was cooked. The water in the corner was more like be sure to take a partner to help because there was only a small amount in the bottom of the container therefore someone had to lift and tilt it while someone else held the cups because there was also a the little fan that couldn’t sitting in the corner blowing hot air all around. The food was likely cooked just by sitting out on a counter top because the sweat and heat from around the place likely cooked the food. It was nauseating. It was cooler outside than it was inside, and that’s saying a lot because it was hot outside. The cinnamon roll was definitely microwaved before being brought out. The stale texture yet smoldering insides of this burnt creation was not made anytime today. When the food finally arrived it was mediocre at best. Sure we finished our food not because it was good but because we’ve been waiting for an hour to eat and enjoy this great rated restaurant. We even skipped breakfast so we could enjoy! Next time it’ll be Waffle House for us. As we are sitting there with food in front of us wondering where are drinks were the cheese grits showed up and certainly didn’t show out. The fried chicken on the East nasty meal, definitely lived up to its name. Burnt egg plopped on top. And what cut of meat was that?! Just the skin? While we sat with only a small amount of water from the corner, we asked for our drinks we paid for. Those came in like a wrecking ball, the bloody was fine but I was finished eating so not as enjoyable. My husband got a hot coffee drink that was spilled down his leg and all over the floor by the server. Server then got some towels threw them at my husband and said you got that? And left him to clean himself and the floor. Also we are the kind of folks to order more than one cocktail but we had to escape the heat and disgust. Thanks but no thanks, no biscuit love. I mean was that a biscuit or a shortbread cookie meets a dried play...

This was overall a great breakfast location and worth going to. Came into the area for a concert and ate at the Franklin TN location. Couple pros and cons... 1. Attempted to call ahead for a reservation, but message says they don't take...unsure about a wait-list, etc ... until arriving and a nice TN lady in line explained. We went on a Sunday morning arriving about 1030...had to park about a block away. Know that this was prime "brunch time" and a bit of a wait was a given. They truly don't have a wait-list or take reservations. You stay in line until you reach the order counter, then get seated, then they bring your food. With the line being (very) long, it still only took about 40 minutes to get to the order counter and about 15 to get the food. I was told after, by a friend, they started as a food truck, and run the permanent locations similarly still. It went faster than expected, but there is not really seating during the wait -so be mindful if you have persons in your party that can't stand for a bit. ...btw ..the closer you get to the door, you can see a sign explaining this process. 2. The food was amazing. Our party pretty much ordered everything on the menu and it was awesome. Not the "healthiest" of breakfast... But "biscuit" is literally in the name... Don't go if you are like looking for a quality salad. ... Btw... Try the biscuits - they are definitely on point. 3. The sign out front mentions if you need anything - just let them know, they will be happy to get whatever that might be (to cleverly include a high five). This point is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Our party did ask for butter and jam, but it never came. Same with one of our people needing a refill on coffee. Overall... Wish I could have rated a 4.75 out of 5.... The place was SOoo close to...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! First off let me say, I have no idea why this is listed as a must do in Franklin. I was so excited to finally eat here and beyond disappointed. Went when there was probably 3 parties in the whole restaurant, there where dishes all over every empty table (I work in the industry so I understand if you are extremely busy and it being a little crazy) but it was empty. The lady rushed us through taking our order, we where told to sit at a dirty table and someone would eventually clean it. (Dishes all over it kind of dirty) our food came out 4 minutes after we order it. Drenched in warm gravy and sauce to cover up the fact the food was made hours ago. Our drinks that was just a mimosa and coffee came half way through our meal. The food tasted like it was made hours before hand and was sitting under a heat lamp. Everything was luke warm and the child’s French Toast was filled to the brim of the bowl with syrup. My two year old wouldn’t even eat it, because it was soaked and would just fall apart because it was so saturated. The fried chicken on top of the biscuit wasn’t even crunchy like fried chicken. It was soft and mushy. The coffee tasted like water and bitterness and mimosa was basically orange juice. I’m sure when they first started this restaurant up it was good, but they’ve clearly become too big for themselves and stopped caring about quality, and instead about how much food they can push out at once. Definitely not worth $90 for just 2 people and a baby! I suggest if you aren’t going to make quality breakfast food, that you should lower...

A FAVORITE breakfast spot in the Nashville area is @Biscuit Love — multiple locations but the one in Downtown Franklin just 30 min from downtown Nashville is our favorite. It’s Bonuts, Biscuits, Breakfast and Southern Charm in an historic Corn House in downtown Franklin. A popular destination everyone should sample. Ask for the East Nasty entree. #nashvillenuggets #biscuitlove #nashville #nashvilletn #franklin #bestrestaurants #nashvilleeats #downtownfranklin #downtownnashville #biscuit #friedchicken #southernfood #corn #historicplaces #nashvillefood #foodtok #foodporn #thingstodoinnashville #breakfastideas #brunch #fyp #foryou #trendiing #capcut

Not a great Biscuit Love experience. In my opinion it's more of a Tourist Trap restaurant with great marketing + branding - but mediocre food. Here's why. - Long Lines to get in - took us 45 min to get in. This is not unusual. - Expensive middling food. I'm happy to pay more money for good food - but $19 for the East Nasty + Cheesy Potatoes + Fruit Tea? Dang. If it tasted amazing Id have been fine with the price! For example, I'm happy to spend money at Ruby Sunshine in Franklin! Wayy better food for the same price. Food. Bonuts - good but nothing to write home about. Save the $7.50 and go to Five Daughters up the road in the Factory. East Nasty - the chicken wasn't too good - texture was a bit weird and I honestly struggled to eat it. I ate it but it was more out of sympathy for my wallet. The gravy and biscuit was decent, but not out of this world. Americana Taphouse and Frothy Monkey in Franklin have better biscuits. For a restaurant called Biscuit Love you'd expect phenomenonal biscuits. Cheesy potatoes - these were pretty good! Too much pepper though. Fruit Tea - Delicious. Hand squeezed orange juice: it was served room temperature without ice. One sip and it was a big no. We took it home and put it in the fridge for a few hours. Tasted pretty delicious ice cold. Yum! Wish I could've experienced that in the restaurant. Dining Area It was warmer inside than outside - which made dining rather miserable. Conclusion: Save your money and eat elsewhere in Franklin. Ruby Sunshine, Five Daughters, Puckett's, and Frothy Monkey are all much better Franklin alternatives.

Oh my Jesus is this gem of a place ever delicious. You place your order when you walk in from a big well lit menu board, they give you a number and you seat yourself while you wait for them to bring your food to you. Ordering was seamless and our food came out hot and mouthwatering. Bonuts anyone? It’s a biscuit donut and they’re filled with lemon mascarpone and sat atop a blueberry compote that was to die for! The oatmeal was made fresh to order and had a generous cherry compote dollop on top and wasn’t mushy like you get in some places. Everything was so good that we went back again before our return flight home and took a side order of the single most incredible biscuits made on the planet! Seriously these are the best biscuits we have ever had hands down. Also it is worth noting that their sausage gravy and biscuits are so flavorful and really good. The location we went to in Franklin is in an old home that was well maintained and the exterior clean and welcoming. There were also lots of goodies inside for purchase, to include a flour sack kitchen towel with their famous biscuit recipe stamped on it for $12.95 :) Everything was clean and bright with windows all around us and our server had a big smile, was friendly, and happy to answer our touristy questions. You can even get a cappuccino and fresh OJ here. I have included the menu so you can see prices and the well done assortment of great food. I will most certainly return to this restaurant and location when I visit this beautiful city again. Thank You, Biscuit Love!
