McDonald's — Restaurant in Franklin

I have traveled all through this country. The most surprising thing I find is how d dramatically different McDonald's can be. The crazy thing is the quality doesn't seem to be connected to location environment or even financial prosperity of the local city. I've been to deep City ghettos with McDonald's was run with class and cleanliness. I've been to high-end suburbs of Nashville and Atlanta and Chicago and St Louis where the food was cold and stale and dirty. So it has led me to believe that the number one reason why one McDonald's is fun and enjoyable to dine at and the other is a chore has to do with management and the franchisee and not with the location or the environment. Which makes me sad that here in Pulaski which is supposed to be a retirement community a place to raise your children and a place to belong this McDonald's is a prior and an embarrassment to the community. The food is cold frequently wrong the restaurant is dirty the employees are all obviously mistreated based on the way they treat their customers. There's something about having a treat day with your family with your little kids where you go get Happy Meals and have a little treat for yourself and yet we have to reserve that as a family for when we're out of town because we will not eat at this place anymore. If the franchisee is reading this you should really be ashamed at what you are presenting this community. You have all the resources and all the opportunities. McDonald's as a company can actually be a positive influence in the little communities it's in this is not one of those. This particular franchise is a parasite and a burden to...

I was actually highly impressed. Everytime I drive by this particular fast food establishment they are swamped with customers coming and going. Today was my 2nd visit, and this time I ordered inside. Last time the drive through service was fast and 5 star service all the way around. Upon entering the restaurant today I immediately noticed the abundance of people who were using the kiosks to place their orders. The kiosks, and the ease of placing(+paying for) your order, have been a game changer for McDonalds, and it seems to really make for much quicker service the more people that use them. Today was the 1st time I seen, who I believe was a management member, standing out front greeting customers and offering assistance in using the kiosks to anyone needing it. After paying for my order at the kiosk, I grabbed my drink cup, and literally by the time I got the straw pushed in they were calling out my order #. It took all of 2, maybe 3 minutes tops, and there was a pretty decent amount of people around me. No one was having to wait long at all, as I heard a handful of order #'s called out just in the short amount of time I was there. No issues at all with my order and the food was hot and fresh just the way we all expect it to be. You get some good deals with great food. McDonald is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch and dinner. My kids love McDonald’s fries and kids meal (happy meal). In one step ahead they love the playing area. It is very quick to order the food and it’s barely have any waiting time even in the peak hours. About food perspective, it’s about the same quality as other McDonalds. The menu prices are cheap to moderate. Your stomach full if you have just 2 USD plus tax (a McChicken is a dollar). There are some variety in upper prices like double McChicken etc., Also, you will get your favorite McCoffee is about one dollar in any size like Small, Medium and Large. Now, McDonnald has a self-service kiosk. You can order your food there itself and wait for the server to call your token. The fries are tasty and you will get in all 3 sizes (small, medium and large). The price wise just a small margin differences between the fries sizes. Apart from that you will get nice ice cream for the lowest price. This McDonald was clean and neat including restrooms. Also, the drive in was fast.
