Update 10/10/2024 - God this place hasn’t changed. Mobile order and they forgot to give us our Happy Meal, my wife drove all the way back to get it, was originally denied the happy meal by their store manager “Jose” or as he claimed, this was at 10/10/24 7:28pm. When he finally gave her the happy meal, they didn’t have the crocs toy, and said we don’t have the toy. If there was no toy, the order should not have been accepted. She was still in the drive through and he told her “you can go now”. She went into the store and apparently he was the manager and kept arguing. No apology was given. This place is a dump, no wonder business is so bad at this location!
Wow, this place is really bad. I wanted to come to this one to avoid the one on Murfreesboro Rd, but this place is just as bad.
Placed a mobile order and curbside pickup, the person that brought order was friendly enough. I checked order since there appears to be so many mistakes lately. Don’t really have an issue, its understandable to make mistakes.
I noticed I was missing a sandwich, so begrudgingly got out and headed into the store. Waited until (i guess the supervisor or the manager) approached me. I told her I was missing a sandwich and showed her my mobile order receipt, along with the order that I brought back in. She glanced it over and said “everything is there”. I was confused at that response and said, no, that’s why I’m in the store, there’s a sandwich missing. She checked again, then another employee pointed out the missing sandwich to her. Read moreWow….. I thought most McDonald’s had horrible customer service but this place absolutely takes the cake. Was the only person in the whole line, pulled up to the window. I go to the second window and I’m literally waiting 25 minutes to get my food even though I’m the only one in line. I can see a guy walking around as slow as humanly possible. He eventually opens the window, puts the bag outside the window, hands it to me, and shuts the door. Not a single word, bro looked absolutely miserable. McDonald’s, either hire people who can do a decent job, or start paying people more. Honestly it was more depressing than anything. These guys must really hate their jobs. Very sad. But at the same time the way I was raised you always greet a customer, and if you care you’ll maybe smile. But no. Will not be returning here. What a dump. Y’all should be ashamed, truly. UPDATE, just found a huge hair in my burger, will be in talks with the health department in the morning, hopefully this place will be shut down. I’m absolutely disgusted. SECOND UPDATE, the woman was actually very helpful and she refunded my money and actually personally cooked my order, which I really appreciate. The only reason why people have jobs is tourist keep this business going I pitched my food it was disgustingly cold and after being talked about i called the manager she said oh no nobody should ever be talked about like that and went to hand it to another manager as she did . She didn't cover the phone good enough I heard her say this call is about you .
