Outstanding Manager - Keisha!

I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent and positive experience I consistently have had at the T Mobile store location on 27TH AND RAWSON in Franklin, WI. Largely due to the exceptional leadership of Keisha. After several failed attempts to rectify my problem on my own, I was particularly impressed with Keisha's ability to efficiently handle the complex issue with my account through T Mobiles customer service department. She also created a welcoming and efficient atmosphere in the store, even during the busy periods. Beyond this specific instance, I've found that Keisha and her staff possess a strong understanding of the products, services, and industry. They go the extra mile to assist customers and maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor. Keisha's dedication to customer satisfaction and effective leadership truly makes THIS T Mobile store stand out. Keisha is a valuable asset for THIS T Mobile location. I highly recommend visiting Keisha for a positive T Mobile experience....

If I could give 0 stars ,I would. We walked in today to upgrade our phones. Did that get done? Nope. The staff was so unbelievably rude. The guy with the roman noodle colored hair/pattern and bald patch in front, specifically. Clearly he didn’t know what he was doing. He was very meek and short on his answer. Why be in customer service if you hate it? He couldn’t answer our questions when asking him about the differences in the iphones, he acted as if we were a bother. Then when we finally picked out the phones, he quoted us at 200 dollars for our bill. How did our bill increase by 70 dollars when we traded in the our original iphones getting 830 off of each one? Make it make sense. On top of that he wanted us to pay 300 in taxes up front! Really? We told him no, we will go to another store. My husband told him have a good day ,which he didn’t reply back to or anything. Rude. Upon leaving a different store, our bill increased by 11 dollars only and our taxes were only 100 dollars for both phones together. Previous guy needs...

I made trade in with my old I phone to get a new one, what happened was the guy who was serving brought the new phone and opened the box and also activated the device ( all these were excellent), the bad thing was he grabbed a phone cover and screen protector ( without ask me if I interest them or not) and he said ( these from our market) as well as he didn’t say the cost of them. Unfortunately after a week I travelled out of USA for a business so when I received the bill I found they charged me the price for both ( the cover and the screen protector), the worse than that was when I got back after a month I went to the market again and spoke with that guy and he apologized and said “ there is some miss understanding happened and I will cancel that payment from your account and you will not receive any more charge for that” but the new bill also has that charge. I hope to ask the owner is that was a joke or laughing on me, as well as why I have to pay about ( $70) when I can buy both of them from ebay for ( $10) ??? and...
