Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Fraser

Ordered a shake for my 4 year old son. The last time we ordered one (different location) it came with an edible straw. My son very much wanted that straw again. Based on my previous experience I thought the edible straw came with the smoothie. This time I got a regular straw. I asked the younger white girl with curly hair (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) that gave me my food if they had the edible straws, she says “they’re a dollar” and slams the window in my face and walks away. Unbelievably rude. 100% will never to return to this location. This nasty, rude and immature woman has no business working in customer service, or anywhere really. Funny enough the sign painted on the wall right next to the drive thru window says “feed people well, treat people well”. That extraordinarily unpleasant woman certainly didn’t treat me or...

I'm a first time customer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Today my daughter and I stopped at the Fraser MI location because she had a free smoothie coupon she got from school and it expired today. When we got there, the door was locked. They were closed due to Memorial day. But to our surprise. The owner of the store was sitting in the parking lot. He started talking to me. And I explained her coupon. He first told me to come back tomorrow and he will honor it. Then he said hold on. His wife was almost there with the key to the door. He then let my daughter and I go inside to get her smoothie. He went way beyond for her. I will be going back to this store for a future purchases. Thank you very much Paul for amazing...

I order a pair & save but at every location I’ve been to they always put my xxtra sauce on the side. Idk what it is with this location but they always act as if it’s problem when I ask for sauce on the side even though I already purchased it on the website. Like if I asked for a certain side that didn’t come on the sandwich would you would have put that sauce on the sandwich as well? Like I just want ppl to make things make sense. I deal with enough annoying people as is, I decide to grab my lunch for the day & here I am getting questioned & that xxtra sauce is on my sandwich already. & it’s literally been like this every time I stop in.
