My family and I were excited to try this restaurant because of the good reviews. We ordered a chocolate milkshake, which was delicious. We ordered a side of onion rings as well, they were actually pretty good. A shrimp dinner that was served with fries and a salad. The shrimp and fries were okay. (Previously frozen) The salad however, was served with lettuce and two cherry tomatoes. The majority of the lettuce was either Brown or slimy and rotten. My husband ordered a turkey dinner that was served with mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, and biscuits. The turkey was sand dry. There was absolutely no gravy on the turkey or potatoes, so I can't tell you how it tastes. The broccoli was still frozen. The server let us replace the frozen broccoli for green beans, when we got the green beans they were so cold it was as though they had just came out of the fridge, they were also extremely bland. finally the rock hard, burning hot, fresh out of the microwave biscuits arrived. ; At this point, all of the food is on the table, the salad had been cleared, our empty soda glasses sitting on the end of the table, we had already asked for ketchup three times, and still no biscuits for my husband's turkey dinner that we were paying extra for as a side. By the time we found the manager to let him know of our concerns, especially the lettuce that could potentially make people very ill, finally the rock hard, burning hot, fresh out of the microwave biscuits arrived. The manager comped us the turkey dinner meal. We appreciate that, but all in all we're very disappointed with our experience and will not be returning to...
Read moreDinner was sad tonight. We ordered take out at 8:30pm because we had a late day. When my husband mentioned Rams Horn, I was excited. We used to eat here a lot and it has probably been a year since we did last. We got a Cobb salad, two orders of potato skins and a side salad (total $46 and change, not including tip). Since they don’t have chef salad anymore, I asked them to add ham to the entree salad. She informed me it was $3.99, which is steep to add ham, but I said it was fine…until I got home and realized how much ham you get for $3.99. It looked like two slices of deli ham. I thought it would be about the same amount as the chicken on the salad. Ok, well, now I know better. Next, you cannot cover up the fact that both salads had big lettuce cores and rusty lettuce in them and they covered them up with a few springs of spring mix. The cheese and few bacon bits you see in the picture I added at home because the side salad means lettuce and small wedge of tomato. I threw out the cores before I took the picture. Disappointing. The potato skins used to have so much cheese and bacon, I usually had a bunch left on the plate when I finished, but not anymore, also fine, but I had to cook them a little longer in the air fryer because they didn’t seem quite done. Picture taken after I put them in the air fryer. All in all, not the same Rams Horn we used to know and love. Maybe it was a fluke, but I’m sad and disappointed about the quality of...

We’ve been to the Fraser Ram’s Horn a few times over the years, and I don’t know what happened to this place, but wow… the food quality has fallen off a cliff.
The restaurant looks nice, the waitress was awesome, but the food? Trash. I ordered the classic chicken sub and they hit me with what looked like leftover chicken strips from another meal. Pretty sure that wasn’t the “classic” part they were going for. And the prices? You’d think Gordon Ramsay was in the kitchen with how overpriced it’s gotten—but spoiler alert, he’s not.
Even the little details made no sense—our sour cream came in a squeeze packet like we were at a gas station, and I had to ask for cold mayo because apparently room-temp condiments are a thing now? What are we even doing, Ram’s Horn?
We walked in exhausted, with a few bucks in our pocket, hoping for a sit-down meal that wasn’t fast food—and honestly, I would’ve been more satisfied grabbing a frozen dinner from the dollar store.
Save your money, take your family somewhere else. Friendly staff can’t make up for food this...
