First of all, this place is excellent the staff work so dam hard and get such disrespect by customers. I come in often, and how people talk to the staff is unacceptable. Angel is accommodating and hard-working; she is always willing to help me. Quantae always ensures orders are correct; he works hard to ensure they are correctly put together and have everything in them before they are handed out. People who are on here complain about how they mess up their orders. I have seen the same people come in, demanding their order immediately and not giving the staff a moment to ensure they have gotten all the pieces together before the customer is already in their face. Then some people make the food, like Kurt, who is exceptionally hard-working. I’ve come in several days where he is swamped, making sure that orders are kept up, but he’s always willing and able to stop and help me directly face-to-face. He makes sure that the customer in front of him is taken care of while also accommodating those placing orders online. There’s also Trel back in the kitchen; he Is working and is willing to help a customer when they need it. He makes sure that certain things are kept up on the counter so that customers can quickly grab them and go without needing to interrupt Kurt‘s work. Overall, this location is probably the best store in Maryland; there are more than a bunch of fast-food workers who don't care. They work as a team and care...
Read moreWorst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. Ordered food through the online app, picked the food up to realize one of the items was incorrect. Went back to the establishment to receive the correct food I had ordered. The employee basically took the bag out of my hands and walked away without listening and monotonously said “They’re making it now.” Only to make the other order that was on the receipt I had already received. If the employee would have actually listened to me instead of running away she would’ve realized I had said the other item. No words are exchanged yet again and she walks away, so I sit and wait. She comes back with what I assume is the correct order and slides the bag across the counter and yet again, walks away with no words. Working in customer service myself I assumed an “I’m sorry we completed your order wrong.” Or “We apologize for your wait.” Because at that point I had been sitting for a while while she “attempted” to fix the mishap. No accountability, no responsibility, simply walking away each time because she did not want to deal with the situation at hand that was clearly a mistake on someone’s part, on her team. Im simply writing this because there will be no reconciliation or consequences on her part or the establishment. I have never had an issue with this particular store up until this point but I will not be returning simply due to the awful interaction with...
Read moreI’ve been supporting this location for years and never had an issue until today. I walked in and got in line- I did forget to bring a mask in. My fault- I own that. There’s a brand new county mask mandate in effect and I forgot it. Ok… Once I got to the counter to place my order, I was told by the employee working to get a mask or get out. I was cooperative and let them know I had simply forgot one- asked if they had one they could give me. I also work for a large corporation and we have disposable masks for customers who need one. They refused to give one mask to me.
The female manager rudely stepped in and said “Our masks are only for employees. We’re not serving you. You can place a pick up order but we will not serve you unless you have a mask.”
So imagine standing in line being shamed by a billion dollar company’s employees and leadership, which could have easily been resolved by just handing over a mask. Again, I’m upset because I’ve been supporting this company for years, spend countless dollars, and I was willing to cooperate.
Instead I was given back horrible customer service, and felt a sense of being shamed and attacked- even by leadership. I would have never treated a customer how I was treated today.
Then, the male employee working made a comment to me saying, “why are you being so difficult?” with the added eye roll.
Is this how you represent your business and customer...
