However, it was me calling asking for updates and me emailing. You guys never emailed me until I messaged you through your website late August saying, "Hello, I called the other day asking for updates on my computer. I left my computer with you all for a while and had not heard back so didnt know what was up. It appears I received a phone call back a few hours later but I must have missed it. "
[If you were not ok with timeline and price, you could have informed us.] ^^^^^^ I should have been more clear that I was getting increasingly frustrated with what I felt like a lack of communication for an expensive item. I also had no idea what the partial charge was in the invoice for the diagnosis was. At the very least I should have been shared tracking information so I could know when to expect my computer instead of calling.
[We do offer lifetime warranty for screen replacement, 6months warranty on battery replacement and 1 month warranty on board repairs, but there wonât be any warranty on liquid damages.] ^^^^^^ The invoice says liquid damage Treatment and Lifetime warranty, What does that mean? i was also never told there would be no warranty on liquid damages until after i paid.

If i'm paying half a grand I expect all my screws back and not missing half of them with the other 3 poorly put in place. I can't tighten them myself because standard tools dont work on them so I had to go to another store to get them fixed. I shouldnt have to do that to begin with. Was initially upset due to pricing but partially my fault for forgetting they asked me for approval for a $500 bc it took so long to get it back. They donât do email communication. Just phone calls.
The manager said any future issues would not be covered under warranty and considered a new issue due to the fact my damage was caused by liquid. I was not told this prior but manager said I shouldâve read the fine print on my receipt. Warranty on invoice says lifetime so donât include that if thatâs not the case.
$50 shipping added bc the tech is based in Florida but he was on vacation so repair took longer.

   Read moreI usually donât write negative reviews but other customers that are in my predicament deserve to know the truth about this place. My fiancĂ© had some issues with his ps5 and we found this place on the internet which was an hour away but as everyone knows play stations are expensive so we wanted it fixed. Needless to say I wish we wouldâve paid more attention to the negative reviews before making the drive here and home 6 times within a week and nothing on the ps5 was ever fixed/resolved. After driving there and home (an hour drive) 6 times within a week, we finally got frustrated that it was still doing the same thing which was the original problem and finally just asked for a refund for services. When my fiancĂ© called they said âyeah absolutely bring it back in, weâll give you a refundâ⊠that was absolutely NOT the case. I took his ps5 in yesterday to show them it was not working properly and still had the same problem it originally had and the guy argued with me stating âthey tested the console before it leftâ and insisted we had to do something to it in the midst of leaving there and getting home for it not to workâŠ. Finally I had enough, told him we just wanted our money back and wanted to call it a day. We paid 129 dollars for nothing to be resolved and got the run around about that too⊠the guy working there first said he did not have access to give me a refund and his manager couldnât come in.. then it was i only have 100 dollars cash in my drawer so i wouldnât have enough to refund you. Then it was i can give you 60 cash and mail you the rest. The manager(Swapna) he kept calling was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I am a manager myself and would never treat my customers the way she told this poor guy to treat me. After an hour of arguing back and forth to get my refund, I settled on 60 dollars cash and the rest being mailed. The guy working was very unaware of what to do in which he SHOULD not be working alone on a Saturday anyways. He couldnât even give me a receipt stating that they were mailing the refund, he had to HANDWRITE IT!!! Moral of the story, if you have an issue with your console, phone, laptop whatever it may be. Do not go here because they will give you the run around and will take your money for not fixing a single thing.
