We have come to Taco Bar for several months now. The service is not the best but the food is OK sometimes. The last time we were visiting Taco Bar, my family and I order a big selection of different menu items. One of the items that the family usually enjoys is the churros. An order was placed, and we were told that it was going to come to our table. We waited for a while, and they never brought it out. We left and then on the way home we remembered the undelivered item. We called and they said that we could come in and we would get reimbursed or an order of churros. The next time we came in our request was denied, and everybody seem to pretend that the information that was given to us before was not accurate. One of the cashiers to whom this information was given didnt apologize, or even made an effort to inform someone else about the reimbursement of money or item. I then proceeded to ask another older lady to see if she would assist us. She also pretended to not care if our items were not delivered. I made sure to remind her that it was not our mistake that the food had not been delivered. I know it’s a small amount that we lost that day since their churros are only five dollars an order but overall if someone comes to your restaurant and tells you that their service is not being met the best thing to do is to, try to either reimbursed an item that probably cost cents better than to pretend that your Customer is lying to you. Read moreThe Customer Service is extremely rude with disgusting attitudes. I visit this Taco Bar EVERY FRIDAY and am usually greeted with respect and humble service. Today 7/26/2024 at approximately 5:37pm I am greeted by a young man with an attitude. Every Friday I always order 4 steak tacos and another order with 2 Suaderos & 2 steak and they always ask me how many fixings cups I want for the toppings. They never charge they simply ask how many. Well today that wasn’t the case. A short cashier woman with an attitude said in a rude tone and in spanish “I’ll give her however many I want”. So, I order 8 tacos and they only gave me 8 cups which is basically one topping per taco. How is that fair or reasonable?? I asked for more mini cups and they wanted to charge me $2 for 4 more fixings cups. Not only was the attitude absolutely uncalled for, there was absolutely no need to talk to me like I am not a paying or loyal customer. I visit this Taco Bar EVERY Friday (I can provide proof and they can check their cameras) I travel from Sykesville to Frederick for tacos and this is the gratitude I get for my loyal patronage? They all laughed when I said I wanted more cups and that was extremely uncalled for and humiliating. Read moreCalled in an order for carry out today. Said no mayonnaise and no cheese on a torta especial. Picked up order. Upon arriving home they had written on the box as no onion and no mozzarela. Called the restaurant to let them know that they had messed up on the order. The “manager (isela)” got very rude stating that she took the order and was sure that it was no onion and no mozzarella instead of what was said to her as no cheese and no mayonnaise. Instead of trying to fix things she got very rude and got very loud on the phone stating that she was told no mozzarella and no onion. That whoever called the order in apparently didn’t say the correct items to be taken off. Even after telling her the reason is for lactose intolerance she stated that it was not on her that the order was put in the way it was given. This is the first time ever that a restaurant has never tried to fix things. Instead got loud and rude on the phone. Very poor and rude customer service. I have never left a bad review ever.
