Waited in a very long line at the drive thru window to be met with a cashier who was incompetent at customer service. This man walked off with my credit card into another room for several minutes, he came back saying he cannot give me a receipt for my purchase. I asked him how much he just ran my credit card for. He left the room again and came back saying only that he cannot give me a receipt. So I asked again, how much did you charge me? He refused to answer, so I told him I would pull around to speak with his manager, to which he responded "ok". However, the doors are locked. So not only do I not have my receipt but I also do not have any food. I will have to get back into the line to try to get my food or dispute the transaction with my credit card tomorrow. Very inefficient service and unprofessional!! I am reporting this to corporate tomorrow, no doubt there is no management training employees properly at this location for late night service and loading receipt paper into the machine. Service people were snickering and pointing and talking in Spanish. I took 5 years of Spanish and speak it fluently, so I'm extremely upset with the things said. I was fresh out of the hospital ER with a fat lip and a neck brace from an automobile accident, but they wanted to talk about my boyfriend/husband beating me up for doing simple things wrong and about my weight.
