Gave a picture glass box for a broken glass replacement, we were told it will take 2 weeks and shall let us know if there are any changes on the schedule. No info. When I called after 2 weeks gave all excuses and told shall take another week. Ok it happens. We called again on the 21st day. This guy tells us not ready and will take another week. When I told it's almost a month then to get a small replacement of the front glass ? Response was "I don't remember when you gave and I have a customer so I have to let you go" . Wasn't polite enuf when the words were told. I mentioned in the call that I am coming and taking it back and thank you for wasting 3 weeks doing nothing and sitting on it. Shall never return...
