Smoke Signals — Attraction in Frederick

We recently purchased a 25 pack of king palm, and the 4 2packs of watermelon, some beads for our rig, and that's it. It came out to be $88. If you go to the website the watermelon wave king palm 1.5g 2pack is the same price as the 1g mini pack, then their 25 pack went for 35, and on the website it's sold for 25, in d.c. I got it for 25, they have a huge selection, but don't be fooled. Just because it is pricey does not mean it is of original maker, or good quality. I've always loved they're products, but after traveling around the states, and visiting multiple smoke shops I think they fall short. They're glass pieces are very over priced, for something you can order online, or just go to d.c. and get the same exact product for significantly less. I do not know what changed since the last time I visited them 2yrs ago before moving out of state, but I simply will not be returning after over paying for some king palms. Just imagine if I paid almost $60 for some roll ups, how much are we the customers over paying for their glass and other products.

Update 9/30/2020: I greatly appreciate the time you took to explain to me with detail about the factors that go into pricing. I really appreciate it, and truly wish you were the one who checked us out. If I did not mention anything in store, it is because I felt slightly rushed, and not comfortable with your staff in order to ask them or discuss an issue... Maybe I could've been a bit harsh on my review, so please allow me to elaborate on certain parts of my review. When I mentioned your pieces are pricey, and one could go online to get them cheaper I was referring to the cheech and chong pieces, or trailer park. I understand that every piece is made by an artist, and therefore has their own value, and what not. I'm obviously not a professional, and do not have much knowledge in that certain aspect of the pieces, but what I do have is a wide variety of shops I've visited in the Maryland area with more reasonable prices, again I understand we are paying for the art, not necessarily the glass piece. OMG I've been trying to get this review done for a while but situations are tough. I am so very grateful to have met you guys! This is the best shop I have ever been blessed to shop with. My shopping is a medical necessity and Loren has been a true blessing for us, he not only cares about wellness and a healing community their staff makes me feel like a person and important to them because they have gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I have what I need to make it through the day when my doctors have failed to help me manage my chronic pain and mental wellness but Smoke Signal has been and as long as I live here will always be my only choice for medicinal canna products. Smoke signals has always been my favorite shop in town. They care about the customer more than words could describe. From the kind welcome and ID check, to the "quick need help?" They always stock the best shisha and coals. Having previously worked for Sahara smoke Hookahs it's nice to be able to grab quality hoses, coals and tobacco.

The glass tobacco pipes, water or not are all fantastic. There's something for every price range. Over the years the owners have been very kind to me, and at times been the simple kind gesture my day needed.
