man who works late everyday is SO DISRESPECTFUL i have no idea how he is still able to work having NO customer service skills . i come to this wendy’s a lot late because i work late , i have transactions later than 1:30 , i have transactions from this location at 1:45 1:58 online it says 2:00 on the window it says 1:30 so i usually still try to make it before 1:30 , i got to wendy’s around 1:17 i made it to the speaker at exactly 1:30 he said “ we’re closed “ i tried to explain to him how that’s weird because online it says 2 and i have came after 1:30 he ignores me so i pull up to the window i said how can’t you take order u jus gave the car infront of me their order and there’s cars behind me and i see the drink your about to give them he said “ idk “ then locks the window on me , while talking , i sit there honk my horn and he jus tries to shoe me away i sat there for 20 minutes waiting for him to explain to me he jus ignores me . so i finally leave the drive thru i ride back around to see if the car behind me would revive their food and they did . i parked my car walked up to the window and ask him how did they get their food he says with the window still locked leave WORST SERVICE EVER HE SHOULD NOT BE IN A WORK SPACE WHERE HE HAS TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHERS HE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL . usually i come there and he is always rude taking orders. Read moreThis is the absolute slowest level of service I’ve ever experienced at a “fast” food restaurant. I stopped in at 4:30 and waited over 15 minutes for a mobile to-go order that I placed in advance. I was not acknowledged by the general staff and didn’t receive any communication about the long wait, despite the restaurant not appearing busy. The employees made eye contact with me and literally stared me down despite it being clear that I was waiting in the pickup area for a mobile order. After several minutes of waiting, I asked about the status of my order and the cashier simply took the receipt, walked away and placed it on another counter without saying a word to me. I see why they’re hiring because the staff they have is absolutely terrible. It wasn’t until a manager came out that my order finally came out, and to his credit- he gave me a medium sized drink instead of the small I ordered for the inconvenience. I get that this is a Wendy’s and people might not care about their jobs, but a 15+ minute wait for NO real REASON is just ridiculous. I’d literally go anywhere else. The guy working said "yeah i know" or something along those lines. When we pulled off, I took out the potato which was not closed properly and chili spilled all over me and the car. When my husband went back for a bacon and chives potato, they employee told us that we ordered a chili baked potato despite us having a clarified that we specifically did not want chili. They then gave us a potato with nothing but chives, and so many chives that it was inedible. My husband went back yet again and got a refund but not before being spoken to like trash by the manager.
