Go somewhere else, from the second I walked in it felt dirty. They need to do some serious cleaning there! I should have walked out. The girl closest to the door when I entered completely ignored me not even a hello I realized she was talking on the phone while she was refilling the salt and pepper shakers that desperately need to be emptied and washed. I ordered the carnitas dinner and the meat look like it was reheated from maybe a couple days ago. I don't know what to say about the margarita I ordered except for no just no. And then in a whole empty restaurant they sat some tweaker drug addict next to me and it took the whole team of waitresses 15 minutes to figure out what he wanted to order. How desperate are you for business? That guy should have been removed from the restaurant he was literally nodding off at the table, it made me very uncomfortable that he was sitting 2 ft from me. The waitress never checked on me once, I only got four tortillas, the chips were stale and the salsa dispensers were caked in dry salsa. We have been coming to this location once a year for more than 7 years. We stop here as a big family group to eat on our way home from our vacation every April. Over the last few years everything about this location has declined. After our visit today we have decided we will never stop here again. It was an ice box inside. Bathrooms were filthy, trash covering the floors, trash cans overflowing, no paper towels, no toilet paper in men or women’s bathrooms. We had a party of 8, and were given one half filled bowl of chips with salsa and were told they didn’t have anymore. Service was slow, we were never checked on once we finally received our food. No one came to see if we needed refills. They weren’t busy. When we sat ourselves there were only 5 other tables sat. Dirty tables everywhere. The dinning room floors were filthy… honestly there were more chips on the floor than what we were given to eat. Food was bland. No one came with a check, we finally just walked up to the cashier. They tried to charge us for an adult quesadilla for a child’s quesadilla....

Had lunch here yesterday. Ordered lunch special enchiladas and iced tea. I have eaten here before. NEVER AGAIN!!!

When checking out at front counter, I added tip and signed. Then I realized they charged me for the regular enchilada plate NOT the lunch special - $5.00 more. I had also requested tea to go and was given empty styrofoam cup for what tea was left in my glass. I got charged $.50 for the cup! I was never made aware of the fee for the cup.

I told the young female (that had taken my credit card payment) I believed I had been charged incorrectly. She looked on the receipt she kept and showed me what I got charged and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could. She just takes payments. Also used the excuse that she was not the server. And repeated those 3 excuses a few times with no resolution for me, the paying customer.
