Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Freeport

I don't know what happened you guys used to be awesome. I understand staffing issues and what not. But I mean come on 2 hours for a delivery the last 4 times I've ordered. Just stop offering delivery because you can't keep up with it. Then the delivery driver got frazzled and your order fell off the roof??? But your forgot to call and tell me about it so I had to call 45mins after already calling to ask where my order was, and you said it was going out the door now. Also stop predicting delivery tes that's a joke....18 to 28 minutes means 2 hours and 43 minutes. Don't bother asking for your money back either they just throw free items at you. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 4 times and number 5 was...

I have given these guys plenty of chances over the past 2 years to not screw up my order every time. Forgetting dipping sauces here and there wasn't a big deal, until it started happening every time I ordered. The kicker was when they failed to bring half of my order and told me replacements would take 2 hours.

I've given them more than a few chances to make things right, sometimes they would remove the extra charges for said dipping sauces or missing items, sometimes they wouldn't. But I've always tried to be very polite in my feedback.

The problem is that the terrible service continued. At this point in time I'm done with second, third, fourth, fifth, chances.

Easily the worst pizza place I've ever ordered from. I stay at a hotel here in Freeport for work and I've ordered from this place 4 or 5 times in the last 4 months, each time just hoping that it would be on time and that my order would be correct. No Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza and not even an offer to remake it when I called. Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza again just an hour ago and guess what? No Buffalo sauce. 3 times that I've ordered, it's taken over an hour to get my food. I tip well and I'm courteous. Seems like this place is staffed entirely by stoned highschoolers that don't give a damn. I'm done ordering...
