Updated 5/2019...Freeport you have officially lost my business! I have been a loyal regular customer since you opened and I'm done. I'm tired of not getting what I order! I order on the app so they can read exactly what I want. I like a more indulgent iced coffee with extra pumps of the swirl flavoring. Not only do they not add the extra, lately it tastes like they hardly put any in! I watched the girl the other day, she left the cup sitting on the counter so as she pumped the flavoring into the cup it was going half in and half outside of the cup. I asked the guy at the window if it had the extra I requested and he says oh yeah. Well I told him I just watched her and it wasn't done right. Obviously Freeport employees are illiterate and can't help it; or they just don't care! Freeport you've lost my business I will just treat myself when I'm in Monroe, Rockford, or Dubuque; these other locations Never seem to get my order wrong. Strange, huh?! Updated 6/2017... lately everytime I get my same ole drink it tastes different! Some days I don't think it has any flavor added to it! Today I asked did you put in the extra 2 flavor shots I requested, she said no only 1; and receipt clearly says 2 extra. She took it back, but I saw her at pump container that was empty, and she moved over to another area; not sure if she put anything more in, but it tasted no different! So because that flavor container is empty I don't get any... tell me, and ask me to choose a diff flavor! I'm a new coffee drinker and I have found one that I really like.... but the inconsistency will make me stop coming in. The fruited tea is still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA year later same issue. If there is any kind of line at the drive-thru, forget it. They do not have it together when they're busy. Also, I have gotten my coffee and food in the drive through and it has been completely cold. Get it together
Update: the whole purpose of having the app and ordering ahead is to be able to avoid waiting. Placed my order at 9:16 a.m. and here it is 9:45 and I'm still standing inside waiting for my order! Not only that but twice I have ordered using the app only to go into the store to pick up my food and be told that they were out of eggs! There has to be a way to not allow people to order online when they are out of certain things instead of wasting their time going in there and trying to get a refund! Also don't call there, they are extremely rude. This place is ridiculou!! Update to the update lol.
Year or so after the first year and nothing has changed and now the coffee tastes completely different from every other Dunkin. Have tried it 4 times over a couple months and thrown the coffee out. Not sure what it is but it's not good. Took my son and didn't say a word and he said the same thing. The owner's must not read this or care about reviews because nothing ever changes at this location. There is so much going on at this Dunkin and probably one of the worst ones Iāve gone too. But I will just list a few of the things Iāve seen/ dealt with within the last few visits.
1.) Not only are they dressed in crop tops, and just unprofessional but they leave out their personal food and drinks in areas they are serving people. 2.)They are very very rude and want to argue with you about orders you place on the mobil app and able to pull up exactly what you order to show them what they did wrong. 3.) Even ordering ahead of time you will still be there waiting a good 10-15 minutes when no one else is there. 4.) They will refuse to refund you, and they will argue with their own employees calling them inappropriate names right in-front of you and your kids. 5.) The coffee never tastes right, it is either watered down or burnt. 6.) They will try to handle money and then go to grab donuts with out gloves or washing their hands. š¤¢
Even after reporting it to corporate twice now they still seem to be getting worse and worse. Weather they all be trained again including their manager or they just flat out get new management and all new employees something needs to change. Because I know I am not the only one who will no longer be going to this Dunkin again until I hear that itās gotten...
