Subway — Restaurant in Freeport

This visit was very disappointing, the new girl has no customer service experience, she was rude & had a big problem with us customizing our sandwiches! Not to mention, she smashed our bread horribly, we should've gotten a flat bread or maybe a pancake instead! You don't have to squeeze the life out of it when your cutting the bread, the knives are sharp enough! Splitting the bread, you may as well have sat on it! The other girl was amazing...

I had just got a sub from them with cheese paper on it boyfriend about chocked called them and lady says sorry n laughed 🤭 said I would have to save the sandwich with wrapper and bring the next day n hope the manager is there what the heck bad service like this is crazy I paid 8.99 plus tax for a sandwich he couldn’t enjoy bad customer service they messed up n laughed...

Ordered 2 sandwiches with deluxe toppings and one with bacon get home and neither have deluxe or bacon. We also used 2 bucks in rewards so we got ripped off by 6.50. Sent an email and all we get is sorry really what kind of owner are you. Will never eat at this subway again sense all the owner cares about is making money and stealing money...
