My husband and I went to BK, ( we always stop there when we are in town as we live over an hour away. Well tonight I had a procedure done and so we wanted to get home ( woman stuff) so I NEEDED to get home quickly. I decided to try the ordering online thing because of course we were in a hurry and I’m bleeding so I pay for it online (never again) we get to the drive through they first person says hold on, then a guy gets on and says, do you need help finding something or?? My husband said, I was told to hold on but ok, anyways, we placed an order under Brooke, ok, pull up….. can’t pull up.. no cars are moving!! There are all sorts of workers just slowly walking around inside. 27 minutes later is when we got up to the window. Mind you, I ordered online so I had already paid for it, the cars were so stacked we couldn’t get OUT of the drive through nor did I want to lose my money! We finally get to the window. One girl says, it’s not done and it’s going to be a while!!!! I said I ordered online 26 minutes ago!! ( also, there were ONLY 2 cars in front of us. Two separate ladies had to go in because their orders were wrong, I am assuming here but they brought their stuff and receipt back in. They were not happy also. Anyways, my husband said, how not. ( he has food allergies so we get Backn King Plain, add lettuce. So that’s what I ordered, they give it to him and isn’t correct. So we had to wait longer for them to literally “throw it together “ ketchup all over the wrapper ( which is his allergy) but thankfully it wasn’t on the sandwich! He order a large Fry, it wasn’t a large and half full! I am sure at this point they were pissed off at us! THEN, the girl tells my husband, if you have a complaint you can call Burger King! WHATTTT? I don’t know who is in charge of evenings but they absolutely either didn’t do their job, don’t care about their job, your business, what his employees do or act like or treat customers for that matter. OR there was zero supervision! Zero! Rude girls, no one in that drive through ( a gazillion behind us) will be back for a while I promise you that. I give it five minutes before someone is on Facebook bashing it. I wouldn’t but I see it all the time in Fremont. I hadn’t had this bad of an experience before! That particular BK used to have a terrible name and they finally got it back up. You better do something! Just saying! My husband said he will be going back to McDonalds. People as in US ( I am disabled) but my husband busts his ass to earn our money, the prices are already high in my opinion, but to get this treatment or service for that crazy amount of money for fast food and you get that. Read moreAbsolutely horrible, rude service. I went at 8:09pm,. Did not get my food for 35minutes. I got pulled to the side to wait for chicken to cook. They brought me my food 10 min later. Instead of getting a double cheeseburger like I ordered they gave me a cheeseburger. Inside was closed so I had to go back thru drive thru, 5 cars ahead of me, I had to wait 25 min to get to the window. I asked for my whole order to be remade due to the long wait. The manager said no. I said do you want to eat cold food that you paid for? He said I made it fresh. I said ya 25 minutes ago. He proceeded to say you people are unbelievable. I said my fries are cold and nasty due to you guys screwing up my order. Maybe you should make sure to get orders correct. He never said sorry, I never got new fries. My husband had to eat cold and I will never go to that bk ever again. The manager was beyond rude. If your that unhappy at your job and can't be polite to customers who were waiting for 35 for your mistake get a different job. Don't make excuses and insult the customer who just wanted food they payed for not cold...
Read moreAsked for two orders and I messed up and forgot to ask for my passengers drink to have no ice. When I was handed their drink (in exchange for my credit card) I realized my error and asked, "Would it be possible to refill this with no ice in the cup?" The employee froze and became extremely concerned and said, "I don't think I can do that because of COVID and the germs and stuff. So I can't touch the cup again and bring those germs in!" I asked if there was another solution and was stared at with a dumbfounded expression and had my credit card handed back to me (with her ungloved hand) while being stared at with a dumbfounded expression and told, "Nope. Sorry. I can't do anything for you!" I just thought...you can take my dirty credit card and when it doesn't read in your machine right you rub all the gunk off with your ungloved hand until it reads and then get the next persons order for them; but you can't refill this cup that has left your possession for less than 30 seconds and not even entered my car window yet?
