Absolutely unacceptable customer service…. We come in 10 minutes before closing looking for 3 subs for 3 young kids. She wastes 2 minutes coming out of the back, before aggressively asserting that we were late. After showing her the time, we proceeded to order our subs. Two subs in, she starts billing. This, at 9:57. It definitely does not take 3 minutes to simply swipe a card, and stopping service early when it means keeping a 9 year old hungry is simply disgusting. Even after asking nicely multiple times, with a little girl crying behind us, she blatantly refuses to serve us. Soon refusing to even talk to us, just recommending we talk to her manager, who coincidentally does not pick up the phone. Spending an extra minute to make a small sub would have earned her a tip, yet she chooses to escalate things and make a little girl cry. Horrible customer service, I do not recommend anyone wastes...
