I was really surprised and unsatisfied going there. I had two hotpots and ordered spring roll. The customer service wasn’t up to par. I was asked to order on the phone after I got the physical menu. The waiter couldn’t accommodate me since their water has lemon in lemon. I asked for no lemon water and they said it’s not possible. When the hot water pot arrived it wasn’t even hot it was cold, not even hot at all. Every time I raised my hand for questions about the menu I always got a different person coming to me. I would say food safety is a hazard, the restaurant has all the utensils including plates, forks, chopsticks, spoons and bowls on the table. Coming from a person who has experience in the food industry, it shouldn’t be on the table. The quality of the food wasn’t great either. The Fasion wok hot pot had overcooked pork and beef and had the kitchen to help me recook it. For whoever is reading this review, I wouldn’t recommend you to get any hotpots and get something that is stir fried which is their restaurant specialties. The passion of the restaurant chefs isn’t there. I can even taste the spring rolls that aren’t even homemade from the kitchen. I don’t think they are tasting their food when it comes out of the kitchen. The bill was abruptly given to me when I was still eating and given four pieces of orange. It feels really rushed to pay for the bill. The waiter always walks around with this POS terminal. I wouldn’t suggest this restaurant to you unless you want low quality customer...

I've read a recommendation for this place online not long ago, and our family decided to come here to celebrate my sister's birthday. We were so glad that we chose this restaurant. We ordered stir-fried green beans really well cooked ;spring rolls;lamb skewers were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside;special pork bone ,the meat was so soft and even the bone can fall apart ;pork intestines pot ,come with a lot of veggie ,no odor ,just pleasant aroma and taste;pancake wrap with beef,i can eat this for breakfast ,lunch,and dinner and won't get bored;street style beef wok, beef tripe hot pot, pork eggplant with soy sause.. all the dishes were so good, and we were very happy that we had delicious leftovers for later. I ordered 7 different dishes for takeout with a set pickup time. First problem: I was going to pick the dishes up and then take them directly to a work meeting. I got an email confirmation over 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick the food up that it was ready. That meant that the food wasn't hot when I got it and was even worse by the time I got it to the meeting. I saw that they had the correct number of containers in the order but unfortunately one of the contents was incorrect. I was missing a double order of steamed rice so that meant that there was none. No time to go back and get it fixed since people were waiting for their (now luke warm) food. Food itself was ok but nothing special. Might have been better if it had been hot.
