I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with this new Massage Chair Relief branch. I think we are lucky to have them in our area and I hope they do well.

The store has a wide range of high quality chairs for you to try, competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and an excellent lifetime free labor warranty. Their sales process is refreshingly relaxed and low pressure. I spent over two hours in their store trying different chairs looking for the right fit for me. Thank you Ian for taking the time to answer all my questions and for your great patience!

I spent some time researching these chairs before visiting the store which I highly recommend if you want to find a chair that fits your budget and needs. Actually, the founder of this business has been in the industry for a long time and has tons of unbiased and honest information posted on their website and some great videos on YouTube. He takes the time to actually visit the factories where they manufacture these chairs which I think is really valuable. If you are making an investment in an expensive chair to benefit your health, then I think it’s a good idea to buy from someone like that so you can get their support if something goes wrong with your chair.

I recently purchased the D.Core2 from Ian in San Jose/Fremont, and overall I am very happy with the experience. I asked a ton of questions, tried several chairs in the showroom over a few different visits back to the store, and each time I had great service from Ian with zero sales pressure.

I originally wanted to get a different chair which on paper seemed to beat the D.Core2, but after trying them all in person, the D.Core2 gave the best massage for my body. Something you really must try in-person to know for sure.
