This restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations of having great service and delicious food. The restaurant is a family friendly place and serves a variety of food including chicken karaage to ramen that has nonspicy and spicy options. My family and I ordered three different types of ramen. My personal favorite was the Miso ramen, the most popular ramen was Arashi Shoyu ramen, and the recommended ramen was the Siro Original ramen. All three ramen orders were served very quickly and the servers were very friendly. The ramen had mouthwatering pork and vegetable toppings along with a broth that had a rich taste. The ramen servings were big and filling which was very appreciated. Also, I could tell that the appetizers were made with care because they tasted great and the presentation skills were immaculate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I am excited to visit this...

This place had some serious issues with service the night we visited. They didn’t take our order until around fifteen minutes after we sat down. Then, our food came out immediately, but it was incorrect. It took around ten more minutes for the correct dish to arrive, but they still did not bring us drinks or the appetizer we ordered. We were not the only table with issues - staff went to each table and took orders again to try and fix things. A while later we received our full order after I asked for it. All of this confusion was surprising considering there were only five occupied tables. The bathroom also appeared to be broken and was not useable. Ultimately we were not charged for the appetizer or drink. Not sure whether this was a kind gesture or because they didn’t remember we ordered it. The food was good but not...

Ramen Arashi is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years. The food, of course, was phenomenal—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that hit every note. But what truly set this place apart was the service.

Our waitress was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, all with a warm smile that felt so genuine. She even spoke Japanese to me! The chef, too, came out to check on our meal, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to encounter people this kind and passionate about what they do.

If you’re looking for amazing ramen and an experience that leaves you feeling cared for, Ramen Arashi is the place to go. I’ll definitely be...

Ramen had good flavor, though it was a little watered down. Needed to be a little more punchy with the saltiness and the tonkotsu should have been a little more full bodied. Not enough noodles, and very thin "chashu", I wouldn't call it chashu, but in any case they gave two deli slices thin pieces of chashu. Atmosphere was nice, service was nice, but they did leave me standing awkwardly waiting for a table for about 10 min, to the point the only other table was looking at me concerned. Worth a quick ramen fix on a business trip but not really noteworthy.
