There’s a $50 per night hold to your credit card for incidentals. I only paid $93 per night so that’s like 54% of my nightly rate. No complimentary breakfast but they have boxed ones for around $5 each. Housekeeping will only come by upon request which cannot be more than every other day. I asked id they could at least take out the trash daily and I was told to find a bag and leave it outside my door. A hassle from my perspective. Some light bulbs and electrical outlets on the nightstand next to the beds weren’t working which was unfortunate since those are the ones we wanted to use. AC wouldn’t drop below 72 degrees, even though you can set it down to 66 degrees. The bathroom door has a huge hole where a knob would ordinarily be. Everyone can see inside when you do your business or shower. That’s not cool or normal. Really, really poor design Hilton. Paris would not approve. Whoever came up with that should be fired. The one plus is that the parking is well lite. Internet is strong. Downstairs lobby is spacious and has a lot of snacks. EV parking upfront for your Prius, but really close by fire hydrant which could be disastrous. But other prime spots are reserved for van/carpools. What’s up with that? Good location near Chinese strip mall with lots of good eats. Couldn’t see the alarm clock display. Super weak.

September 2022. I am a full time traveler due to my job. Every week I am in a different Hilton and this one is ABSOLUTELY one of THE BEST ONES! 1 Parking : I never had any issues in finding parking even when it was crowded 2 The property is new and clean. No even a bit of dust 3 The market well stocked 4 I wish they had an outdoor pool but the indoor pool was great and with lounge chairs 5 Rooms : I LOVED THE ROOM!!! Fresh, new and super clean. The bathroom was the best part and I'll miss it! I loved the closet with the big mirror as well and the sliding door! The Keurig coffee maker was excellent even if every morning they have coffee in the lobby 6 The STAFF : They have the best and most carying staff in the whole Hilton Hotel chain! They have been extraordinary and so nice! They treated me like if I was a member of their family and each one of them was nice towards everyone! This is the customer service that every business should have. I was so happy about being here! 7 The property is close by to shops and restaurants ( you can walk ) And the Welcome basket made my stay unforgettable! It is the little things ❤️ Thank you for having me!!!!

Typical Hilton Garden, nice rooms, familiar layout. There's a bar and restaurant. The bar tender was rude and disappeared for 30 minutes for happy hour so a few people missed the cut off for drinks. I had a drink and dinner, ordered the Brisket Grill cheese and a beer. The beer had no head because the glass was not clean. My sandwich took 30 min. and was not what I was expecting for a grill cheese. I picked at it a little but was unable to eat it. The table spoon of Brisket was actually corned beef, and SALTY. The cheese was thick and not melted nor was the bread grilled. I think the sandwich was assembled and set next to the grill not on the grill as is appropriate for GRILLED cheese. The hotel desk staff was ok, just bored and it shows. I travel for work 3 nights a week and stay in hotels, mostly Hilton owned locations. With my Diamond status revoked every year and the food quality slipping and the price going up, it's time for a change.

So really, I've stayed at so many HGI's that it's just repeating myself saying things about outlets and such. So I'm going to talk about the different things I found here versus my other experiences because the bed and pillows and such are the same (and if ever otherwise, that'd really be a problem).||First, there is no closet, but instead a walk-in area with several drawers on the wall on one side and a bunch of hangers on the other (much needed). Second, while you can get a proper hot shower, it takes running it quite a lot for it to get hot, but when it does, it is hot. Third, the TV is just normal DirecTV, no connections to YouTube or things like that, so make sure you have your digital entertainment with you. And finally, I wouldn't necessarily recommend paying extra for a mountain view. It's not really a mountain, but more like rolling hills or something like that. The bigger plus (and it probably doesn't really matter that much given its location) is that the view is private so you don't have someone possibly looking back at you.||As for the hotel itself, it feels fairly new, but I will admit in the 5th floor hallway there is a bit of a weird smell, but not a big deal for me. The biggest thing to note is that the pool is HUGE (at least compared to some of the pools I've seen). You could fit several families in there no problem. It does face the street though, so not necessarily much privacy. And they even have a shower in there too! ...Except that you get no hot water. But at least taking a shower makes the pool feel warm, so...

I arrived on Saturday and walked into two customer service people at the front desk, Faisal and Diane. Both of them said hello but exchanged a short uncomfortable silence between figuring out who would help me to get checked in. Neither of them smiled nor seems to be happy that I was there but that's just customer service in the Bay Area I guess. The swimming pool was open and clean. The weight room was also available for use and was also clean. The room that I stayed in was not cleaned up to my expectations but I did not complain. I noticed that the door had not been wiped down, the desk area was also not wiped down and I could see marks on the headboard that appeared to be grease from someone sitting there previously. The quality of the room was good. They have little breakfast boxes and said the kitchen is still closed due to covid although the Mandate ended quite a while back. Their moving dolly for my luggage was absolutely terrible and I complained about it twice. They apologized and basically said that's just the way it is because someone damaged it and it didn't sound like they were going to be replacing it. Both of them are not working properly. Even upon seeing me struggle with my luggage, no one offered to help other than another hotel guest. I would expect a better customer service at the Hilton, even the Holiday Inn has helped with Luggage in the past. I left a generous tip for the maid hoping they would clean the room better for the next guest. I was not impressed with their customer service all...

The hotel itself is very clean and like everyone else has mention it is pretty new. Plenty of parking and generally very quiet. My personal experience was ruined because of one employee Jeffery F. When we arrive the hotel at night, he was the only staff at the front desk, his attitude was very unprofessional. When we stated we wanted to check in and booked through Expedia, he did not respond, just kept looking at the computer and not talking to us. Finally he asked us to see the booking email which we showed him, he then laughed and said “I don’t read Chinese bro”. The entire checking in process, he was very impolite and barely responsive. He just sat there and we have to ask to confirm twice if we were all set to go. He did not give us any instructions of where the elevators are or what so ever. I understand the mask mandate is not as strict as before but as a front desk person at a Hilton, he also did not wear a mask the whole time which it seems unprofessional. He flipped through a whole bunch of keys and gave us ours and when we went upstairs the room only has bathroom lights and working outlet for charging, everything else (lamp, headboard lights, headboard charger) were not working. I don’t wanna read into to much of this and say he purposely gave us a bad room but my experience here were horrible! Please do not hire people with so much attitude at position that’s supposed...
