McDonald's — Restaurant in Fremont

Let me just start with- If it wasn't for the fries, I wouldn't even bother coming here. First of all. I worked here. I turned 18, had to get a job. I went there and asked for an application, filled it out, turned it in, and two seconds later, a manager walks out and gives me an interview while I'm picking up the food that I ordered. So now that the interview is over and my foods cold, I take my fiance home and I get ready for my first day the following Monday. I walk in there, put on a uniform, and kid you not, NO ORENTATION, they threw me on the grill and made me figure it out myself. I worked there for one week. Wanna know what the best part is? They NEVER PAID ME FOR THE WORK THAT I DID. I already signed the paperwork, agreed that I would work FOR THEM. and I NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT. After talking with my manager for about 2 weeks, I find out I have to call corporate. Called them and they said "We sent you 30 dollars to your bank account". Huh, Really? I head out to the bank only to be told that no money from that source was added to my account and that the only transactions made were from ME going to THEM for a Big Mac meal. Then, The manager figures out I was never given a store card, where the money was ACTUALLY sent. I check it out, find out there is thirty dollars on it. But wait, I did a WHOLE WEEK of work, 5 hours a day, 5 days....and get $30? Where's the other funds? Oh wait, turns out because my managers couldn't seem to login to their little "Orentation Laptop" because they forgot the password, I wasn't made an account and nobody had been submitting them, even though I was told they were being recorded. So now, I go in and demand that I receive compensation, and I'm given another phone number to call. Which, I already called 15 times and nothing was on the other end. Nice McDonalds. Not only can mess up customer orders as often as you sell a burger, but you screwed me over on my first working experience. AND YOU"RE STILL TRYING TO WAIT ME OUT. I'm still calling that number for the Store Managers name. And I can't seem to get ahold of her. Managers told me "Don't call her tonight" "She's out getting drunk right now". That was on the fourth of july and I still can't seem to get ahold of her. Management is terrible, staff is terrible, and reputation is terrible. You would think having a sign on the break room's wall saying that the reputation of this establishment is bad, would make you want to change. But that's the thing about McDonalds. "We're happy to take your money, then screw you over and waste your time" As a customer and...

This Mcdonald's is one of the worse Mcdonald's ive been to. We had to repeat our order 3 times and our order was still wrong. We ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget with 2 mayo packets and a plain chocolate shake. Me being an older manager in training at two other Mcdonald's know that that order was not that hard of an order. We got charged for extra sauce packets even tho a 10 piece comes with 2 free sauces. And instead of a plain chocolate shake they gave us a vanilla shake, we told them we ordered chocolate not vanilla. Then they gave us a chocolate one but ALL of the chocolate was at the bottom. We asked for one that the chocolate was mixed thru the whole shake. And i understand that shake machines are junk but thats when you mix the chocolate by hand with a spoon. But the manager brought us the final shake and got smart with us and was like we cant make it more chocolatey. And shut the window in our faces. Exuse me mam we did not want anymore chocolate we wanted the whole shake to be evenly chocolate. Not chocolate at the bottom and the rest vanilla. Either take the time amd effort to mix the shake up with a spoon. Or take the time and calibrate the machine properly where the chocolate shake setting with come out...

Ordered a very simple order.....waited....and waited...was told they had to make more hash browns....I stood and watched order after order go out the drive thru window with hash browns.. then watch 2 batches of hash brown cook and finished.....stI'll was standing and waiting with a manager with her back to me filling orders for others.....mcdonalds is no longer a convenient quick place to eat....and honestly you can get a better breakfast at the local restaurants. ...but if you're in a rush....you're bascaly screwed.....not only at this location...but experienced this in Newaygo, Michigan as well.

2nd visit....2nd chance. Order was much faster......order had to be repeated 3 times....and was still wrong. Cracks me up. Ordered a LG coffee with 1 cream 1 sugar....after repeating the order 3 times....I gave in and said fine. Guess the McDonald's gods didn't want me to have cream and sugar......after now they are trying to sell fancy coffees? Guess I should try one of those next time.......I can always practice patience and have...
