This is Tanya Smith and as many of you know I am totally blind and I want to rate Arby's one star and I'll tell you the reason why I went into Arby's I got a I got two of the turkey turkey bacon ranch And yes the food is good and I got some front some some crinkle fries and some jalapeno poppers and the lady she put all the sandwiches in one bag all the fries and the poppers and one bag well first of all last time I checked you put a sandwich and a fry or sandwich and a popper in in one bag so there's two people and it's like I called up the lady and she goes oh well that's how we do things you know it's like unless you specify you know that sort of thing I had coupons and she was like well it's not that I didn't want to take them I want the lady was cutting them out and all that sort of thing and of course me as a blind person she didn't care she's like well you know I didn't know that I had to explain it and then I said of course it's called good business it's called good communication and it's like and and she snapped and she's very snappy and very rude so I guess Arby's of Monroe does not do business...
Read moreFood was good. Restaurant was clean. My only issue is that the staff was talking loudly about customers and we could hear it all. They ask you if you want to round up for free curly fries(voucher). Doesn't matter if it's a penny or 99 cents. The worker was telling the other worker "we should only ask the customer If they want to round up if their total ends in 50 cents or less. That way they are pretty much paying regular price for the fries they think they are getting for free." WOW. Really? I wasn't aware that the free fry vouchers came out of your paycheck! How rude! We were the only people in the restaurant and we sat around the corner out of sight. But could hear them discuss customers the entire time. A guy pulled up to the drive through and backed up for some reason... and the girl that worked there said "I HATE when customers do that." LOL. Wow. I don't know the entire context of what she was talking about. But how about you just keep customer criticism out of your mouth please?

Read moreI placed an order from the Arby’s on telegraph thru door dash. I only ever order the same thing, ( The French dip and Swiss ) medium with an apple turnover. When my food was delivered The major item with this combo was MISSING!!! somehow the employees forgot to give me the French dipping sauce, and I received a cookie instead of the turnover also there was no napkins in my sealed bag. I called the store to see if there happened to be a French dipping sauce just sitting out, then I asked why I didn’t get my turnover, then guy said they were over sold, I had to go up to the store just to get the sauce, the employees were not apologetic and I waited at the window for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged.
