McDonald's — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

Honestly this McDonald's has become the worst McDonald's in town. They say I complain too much well it's kind of hard not to complain when you order food and you asked for it to be made fresh because you were having issues of it being overcooked or undercooked or cold but yet you asked for it to be made fresh and this is what you receive in the photos below if I could honestly leave a zero star review I would this is ridiculous now they ask for 18 to 20 dollars an hour no not worth it. to the heavyset brunette lady said that I complain too much which was working tonight I really hope corporate sees this because it's almost every time I go in there that something isn't right or messed up I would not even feed this to my dogs. The one on Dixie is way better they're just not open as late

Update from my initial review 3 months ago: Again another zero star rating if I could same order and after tonight will not be going back ever again. The utter disrespect from the general management which i am not going to name names they knows exactly who they are when an order came in and it was almost $20 when questioned about is that a meal they made the comment that it was not. They then stated you have to ask for it to be a meal. When asked aren't you supposed to ask the customer that they replied no it's not my place to. After adjusting the meal price. pull forward to the next window waiting on the food you can hear them screaming from the back of the establishment to the front employees complaining about the person who questioned them stating that it's not there job to ask you if it's a meal or not. The sandwich that was received that was asked to be made fresh was so drenched in what appeared to be Burger Greece that literally the container was soggy. if you read through the reviews for this place you will find out that there's been mentioned before with yelling at employees making employees to do reviews to make the rating better there's been questionable handling with food I urge you guys not to go to this establishment choose a different location like Monroe Street or Dixie. Before I begin, I am usually not as critical when it comes to fast food. However; after the service I have received and witnessing how your crew handles what they call "working", I feel it is crucial to give my input on this matter and what I have experienced. Not only do I approach rude young ladies at the window during drive through over simple mistakes that I politely ask them to fix (such as mistaken beverages/ice/sizes), but the employees at front counter who make me wait 5 minutes for them to actually notice me, is just plain ridiculous. Also, I can not count how many times I have received either the wrong order or most of the time, poorly made food, and when I do receive the wrong order, I usually have to wait 10 minutes to receive my original order. Lastly, and this is very crucial, there is way too much horseplay in the back. I was appalled to hear such vulgar language and loud and obnoxious screaming in the back. Don't these employees get provided with jobs? Don't the managers monitor this? I heard nothing in the back but this behavior and it is mostly why I think poorly of the overall service of this restaurant. I am not saying that I haven't approached very hard working and polite employees because I have, but the amount of employees that come to "work" but just show rude/obnoxious behavior is unbelievable. I have worked in the fast food industry for years in the past, so I know that it is common that people (including myself) will make mistakes, it's only human and how you learn. Mobile ordering is a joke at this store! I work in town once a week and no matter how far in advance I order and tap “I’m already here.” My food is never ready and I still stand and wait at least 10 minutes for my food. I’ve been late twice having waited over 15 minutes in the past and not being able to cancel without contacting thru the app. Here I stand once again and now no one can find my ticket or order…this worker has tried to hand me the wrong food twice. Then walks up to me and tells me they can’t find my order anywhere and wants me to repeat back to her everything that I ordered and my customizations just for another worker to come out of the back hollering my name with my order in her hand, still not made correctly. I check caramel drizzle three times and Pay $.75 extra for caramel because they never put my caramel on the cup but a tiny little bit, and no matter how many times I check caramel or how much I pay for it. They still don’t put a bunch of caramel on there they put barely any at all. Employees can’t find orders, they obviously can’t read, they are rude, and they never have anything together. This is definitely my last visit to this location.
