Bag O' Crab — Restaurant in Fresno

I finally made it out to the long awaited Bag o Crab! It was fantastic! We Went on a Saturday and it was quite busy. Once we were seated the food service was fast, hot, and delicious.Side note there was very loud mix of hip hop music playing. Just a note for those who may not particularly like loud atmosphere. Take my took advice to NOT come on a weekend to avoid the lines. The combos are great if you can't decide and want to try different items. We also ordered some additional shrimp on the side but we probably could have gone without as well. We liked a little kick so we opted for the atomic sauce (mixture of everything) medium and it was awesome. I recommend getting shrimp with head since I think it adds some additional flavor too. All in all I thought the food was quick and interesting to see a robot deliver your food. They come with the server as well so they are quick if you need anything. Much like other spots you can ask for butter and lemon on the side. The butter comes hot but does curdle so you can always as for more. Zero should be an option. But since it's not i was forced to give a 1 Driving by and since I love crab and today's Sunday so I'm feeling lazy thought I'd pop on in. Waiter Monique was very very nice super sweet. However when she asked did I want mild little bit or very hot 🔥 I asked for little bit. It came out hot so hot that I didn't eat any of the corn which I did pay for extra for and the sausage was too spicy as well. When it was time to eat my crab 🦀 they didn't give any proper eating utensils. I asked for a fork and the only fork that was given was a plastic fork. The crab legs was over boiled making the crab leg shells soft. Also the scissors didn't help very much. Every time I tried to use the scissors to open the crab legs pieces with flying hit my daughter in the eye.(super gross) Spent $63.76 very disappointed and I'm a big foodie, spending money on a good plate is not a problem for us. I well not be going back. In fact I really should be asking for my money back.

This was one of my favorite restaurants until yesterday. They have lost my trust and business. I have been here multiple times and the server's have always been friendly and knowledge. Yesterday was the opposite experience! I ordered a customized tray for one person because the regular combo's have alot more food than I can eat. I ended up paying the combo's price with less food. I had ordered a pound of hrimp and half a pound of king crab legs with 2 corns. When I got the receipt I noticed they charged charged me for a pound of each. I brought it to the the server and the managers attention and they did not take responsibility of the overcharge and stated it was a miscommunication. They did nothing to fix the issue and still charged me for food I did not get!
